Redeemed the giftcard, was told to wait 15-60 mins to receive it via email. It’s now been 3 hours and no sign of the code.
I even tried to ring the customer service number but it gets cut off every time.

If I could give this zero stars I would.
Far to complicated process. Just go to a shop and buy a gift card.
I had two twenty pound gift cards and had to go on line to activate. the drop down list of amounts did not include Twenty pounds so I either had to loose a fiver or pay another fiver to round the total up to an amount on the drop down list.
Looking at the reviews this company wont be around long.

It is now 8 days since my previous review of every-wish and despite their assurance that they are happy to assist, will prioritise my request and contact me shortly I have heard nothing further. I am absolutely appalled by this shocking customer service. I am still owed £25 from this company.

I was given this gift card for Christmas, upon trying to redeem it with Amazon, no email code has been sent. I have emailed so many times, already sent a photo of the receipt and pictures of the gift card itself, all of which should not be required to simply use the gift card!

I would advise anyone not to use Everwish
I had a voucher for £70 when redeeming I could not redeem in one had to do a £50. and £20 I received the email for the £50 to then have to get the code to use it as a error
My £20 as not been email out to me I have tried ringing a number i found on line and email which does not work
I did reply to the email they sent nothing
I did manage to get a number from costumer services where I wanted the vouchers.
I rang the number and they did sort out the problem
