Inefficient customer service

I have emailed twice and waited for 2 days and still no response from their customer service.
I am still waiting for a £50 worth of voucher to be emailed to me.
Can you please look into this?

Another great experience with flight catchers. Big thank you to Mr. Omais Rizwan who helped in finding me the best flight and for being on time with his call back. He also mentioned that they could book my hotel and transferred me to the right department. Many thanks. Greatly appreciated.
