First time of using Europafood
First time of using. I was searching online for a particular brand of French wine you cannot buy in a UK supermarket and came across this website. They had the wine available for UK delivery. I ordered it and specified a date for delivery. I received good communication throughout the process and the package was delivered exactly when promised. There were various delivery company options and I chose the one I trusted (not the cheapest). Very happy with the whole process. I will be a repeat customer.

I used them in the past and the delivery was about £9 now it is £20 which is a complete rip off, I called them and they told me that the prices were set by the courier but the very same courier charges only £6 something with another French food company based in the Uk, so I don't understand why Europafood charges £20? Not honest!

I needed some Grenadine and could not find it anywhere…
I needed some Grenadine and simply could not find it in any store near me. I then went online and searched for it nationally. Still couldn't find it anywhere. Then called EuropaFoodXB and, hey presto, a completely pleasant human being saying, "Yes, of course, no problem - how many litres do you want?" They then delivered the Grenadine to my home the following day. No fuss. No bother. Just perfect!

Fantastic company & experience
Fantastic company. Great to be able to source such high-quality produce so easily. Yes, some things are more expensive than your standard UK supermarket fare but then the quality is far superior. Once you've had a Loué chicken you won't want to go back! I used the Click and Collect service at the Paddingotn branch and staff there were friendly and courteous.

The range of foods is excellent
The range of foods is excellent. So difficult to decide what to buy. Quality is very good. Ordering is very easy. My only gripe is with the courier DHL. My last order,which had cheese and sliced meat,was delivered 2 days late. Useless to nominate a date when the courier can’t comply. I have no complaints about EuropaFood,just the courier.

Some products are quite expensive, but to get things here in the UK that are generally unavailable means that it's well worth it.

The product was excellent, but delivery poor
The product was excellent, but delivery was poor. I paid more for DHL, but unfortunately they seem to have been acquired by Evri. My parcel was two days late and you have to be in for it, so that was three days hanging around. I'll go to the shop next time or try a different courier / supplier.
