the order arrived super fast, all the items were in order. I needed to send back a couple of them and the process was very fast and easy, without me needing to print any labels.

Long delivery time and the colour of the blouse a lot warmer than in the picture. It is light salmon pink and not light pink as it looks in the picture

I ordered two products from Ellos. When the package arrived, it contained two completely different products, even though the packing slip listed the items I had actually ordered. I contacted Ellos and asked them to send the correct products, and I said that I would return the wrong items. They started insisting that I had to place a new order and pay for it again.

I tried to explain that I do not want to cancel the original contract and make a new one. Under consumer protection law, I have the right to require them to deliver the products that I originally ordered and already paid for. The customer service person just kept repeating over and over again that “this is the policy” and seemed a bit clueless how this makes the customer fix their mistake...

So basically, they refuse to commit to delivering the ordered products, and the customer is forced to place a new order, pay again, and return the incorrect items, even though the seller itself made the mistake. Absolutely ridiculous — I have never encountered a policy like this before, where the seller takes no responsibility whatsoever for its own errors. So hope that they send the right items, or you'll have to fix their mistake and order and pay again -- fingers crossed that they send the right ones this time. Or even better idea, don't order from them.

Dealing with Ellos has been the most awful experience I can recall.

The girlfriend ordered from my account because Ellos' useless system wont let her order anything to our home address. An hour later their system flagged it and canceled the order while mixing all my personal data with hers, the system making up new names that don't exist.

As the account was now rendered completely unusable I tried contacting customer service, which is a mistake I don't wish upon anyone else. Three days of endless emails back and forth finally resulted in getting both our accounts deleted, me for some reason being able to have her personal account removed without her permission, but not being able to remove my own account without her permission.

Finally I was able to create a new account and try ordering again! But they sent the wrong product and won't answer any emails. Luckily it's easily returned, but having experienced their customer service I guess I'll have to do a credit charge back.

Hopefully others won't have to experience this by ordering from legit ecommerces instead of this scam site.

Really a good service. Quick. It was important for us to get a parcel without any scratches and we got in a very good condition, no damage at all.

Efficient ordering and customer service, but unfortunately, one of the lamps arrived damaged and needed to be returned; a direct replacement was not an option.
