Always a pleasure ordering top quality camping gear from this company. They go above and beyond to help you and speeding is super speedy. I only wish they sold an even wider range of brands and products!

Nothing is ever too much trouble, even if you ring and speak to Elite Mountain supplies about something you've bought and want advice.

Adam in particular is super helpful and goes out of his way to give accurate sales advice and answer newbie crazy tent assembly questions.

Companies like this deserve all the praise they get. Aftersales service and support is everything these days. I'd rather pay more for something within reason that comes with good aftercare support than cheap out. Thoroughly recommended.

Responsive and Responsible
I had tried phoning about an order issue, no answer, and was just about to email when I was phoned back!
Who does that these days??? Turns out EMS want you to have an AMAZING CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
We agreed it would be best if I emailed with a photo. I did, it was correlated with the phone call and the whole matter resolved within minutes.
