Could be better pricing and shipping speed

great experience called confirmed delivered on time when they said they'd be there. Professional not in a rush took there time did as I requested dropped of in the kitchen where my laundry closet is they even offered to throw away the cardboard I declined bc I knew they had more stops but wanderfull overall experience I highly recommend the crew I had the overall process from ordering to them calling and confirming to actually being on time to dropping off and leaving was pleasant alot less stress then antisapated I would and will do it again

I purchased a Nintendo Switch 2 from Electronics Express on 8/30/2026 They cancelled my order on 9/1/26 after charging my card I called customer service and talked to the most rude person ever which is unacceptable The person told me the credit card company is the one that cancelled the order the credit card company said that was not true and the card was charged Electronics express cancelled my order because the Nintendo switch 2 price was going up on 9/1/26 It’s a shame that we have crooked companies like this I refuse to ever do business with rude unprofessional and most important dishonest people like this.

Do not order online. The delivery drivers said they could not install the product and so it was returned. Three weeks, and I am still waiting for the refund!

I went into the Cleveland, Tn location knowing exactly what I wanted. The guys there were quick to print out the specs and answer all questions. Once I was able to determine the Midea fridge would fit in my space, I ordered it online with free delivery. The communication for delivery was flawless! The two gentleman that delivered were very professional and ensured I had everything that I needed and even took it out of the box!
