I feel your site is not user-friendly
I feel your site is not user-friendly. This recent transaction was easier because I had to learn the way it works on your site last time. For a new person, you are not told that your gift card has to be purchased and that there is an additional charge when you choose your card. This is confusing and misleading for a new customer.

I was worried about the website being legit but egifter sent me emails from start to finish when I registered, the immediately sent an email verification, and after the purchase e gifter emailed a confirmation receipt to me. I really liked that I could enter a phone number and schedule the time the text message arrives for the recipient receiving the gift card. I like having the flexibility to enter a recipient formal email or cell phone number. This is convenient so that I can send my less tech savvy family members who don’t have email accounts a cute e gift card. Tons of retail stores to chose from and different themes for each occasion, I love it!
