Excellent customer service
These tiles looked like a great solution to having no splashback in my rented property. Delivery time was quick, but unfortunately the box arrived with some damage meaning the tiles were folded at one corner.
Customer service have been brilliant. They have allowed me to test a couple and see if they appear damaged when on the wall, and if they do, will offer a full refund.
Really would recommend - couldn't ask for quicker or better resolution! And the tiles are such a clever solution for rentals.

The tiles are great and good quality
The tiles are great and good quality. I ordered 4 samples to see how I'll move forward and it helped my decision. The delivery time only took quote some time, couple of weeks. But otherwise all good :) I'm ready for the purchase of the next tiles.

fooled into pre-order out of stock item
item was out of stock but still allowed me to order and then a few weeks later i am told it was a pre-order for an out of stock item but this wasnt clear at all when ordering.
ive then been ignored over email trying to chase the actual dispatch date, and now its been over a month im still chasing for an ETA on delivery. my wall is covered in grease. thanks, wont be coming back.
do not reccomend.

I ordered the London chevron tiles and…
I ordered the London chevron tiles and I am super happy with the quality and look. Application was easy and mistakes were easy to correct. Also trimming to size on case of power outlets etc was easier than expected and quite forgiving. The haptic and relief feeling of the tiles gives them a very real look and feel. Overall I am impressed with the quality and the impact the tiles can make to your kitchen/home. My delivery was a bit delayed due to hick up at carrier but customer service was great and fixed it quickly for me! Totally recommend!
