Booked a visit. Engineer came. He made some verbal recommendations; however, as he recommended, I showed him that what he was suggesting was already there! It's a good job that I was there; otherwise, he would have made wrong assumptions and written down something that was already there! He was sent to identify the cause of the problem. He could not identify.

Frank was an absolute delight to have around & did an amazing and efficient job on our roof. Always happy to help and went the extra mile and cleaned our windows. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I had a visit from Environ Property Services this morning, and the service was outstanding.

Michael is a real credit to the company. I never thought I'd have much of an opinion on pest control, but it was obvious from the moment he arrived that he really knew his stuff. He literally walked into the kitchen, took one sniff of the air, and immediately identified where the mouse problem was.

He then carried out a very thorough inspection, finding potential entry points and gaps in the walls with very little guidance from me. He explained everything clearly, was professional throughout, and inspired confidence from start to finish.

If the rest of the team are anything like Michael, you're in very safe hands. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Environ Property Services to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and professional pest control company.

As part of our Environ Pest Control service, a drain survey was recommended to assess if rodents were coming in our flat from the drains. The Environ drain team were great and knowledgeable, and provided a detailed survey. The survey also recommended some repair works and when we assessed, we agreed with the repairs to help prevent larger issues in the future. The team was punctual and diligent when coming to do the repairs. Overall, a positive experience and trust the knowledge of their drain team.

Just want to say how impressed I am with Environ Property Services from beginning to end. Special mention to Natalie & Simone for making the process seamless and also Kyle (roofer) who did a great job, also explaining & rectifying problems. Thank you to other team members. Highly recommend 👍🏼

I have had a professional survey of a damp problem, and external works undertaken to deal with the problem. The surveyor (Reisse) was thorough and advised us clearly. Then Frank came to do repointing and associated work on the house. Frank did the work to a high standard, and was careful to leave everything as clean and tidy as possible - actually cleaner than when he came. He also explained the tasks he was undertaking clearly to my wife and myself.

Property free from mice and the service we get from Environ keeps them away!!

Prompt response to Checkatrade query with a phone call. Estimate received shortly after I submitted photos and measurements. After I accepted the estimate an appointment was made to carry out the work. The people who carried out the work arrived within the scheduled time slot and did an excellent job in an efficient way. They were polite and kept me informed and cleared up afterwards. I would have no hesitation in using the company again.

They are scammers run away after i sign the contract of course i attend first day for courses i speak with Izzy she told me i have to do some courses online and not to worry i get payed.. but then when i arrive at the office no one know what they doing its a familly gang buisnnes like streets corner gang its professional only online on internet with nice pictures and layouts not actually in real life after that day i run away and even now they dont pay me for that day i waste it on them on the contract says i have to.. anyway i will contact
acass but the real truth run is away unless if you want hedeick and drama and stuff contact them .

5 stars as always great service, always consistent with the quality of work, never disappointing and very happy with the business attitude of always finding the solution to every issue.
