Discount not in school holidays?
Being a teaching assistant I am tied to school holidays.So imagine my disappointment when I came to use Teacher Discount on Forest Holidays only to be informed that the discount can't be used in school holidays! Teacher Discount for a holiday not valid in school holidays? I am confused.I have probably missed a piece of important information.Please advise .

Card Balance not shown on "new-look" messages
Previously messages showed remaining card balance but now this is not shown, which is very inconvenient. And the new lurid pink colour is extremely off-putting. I said I'd prefer to return to previous design but had no reply.
Top up system has never worked properly.

There's nothing you do not offer in terms of discounts that I cannot get without using Discounts for Teachers.
I am always hopeful then disappointed whenever I click on a discount offer. It never seems to work for me.

I bought cinema tickets
I bought cinema tickets, well vouchers, which then you add the voucher codes on the cinema website. I was a bit dubious about this at first as I’d never used it and didn’t think it would work. To my suprise, it did, and this I got just under £1.50pp off for the tickets, was well pleased!
