We operate on the Sunrise network, which usually provides excellent coverage in and around Zurich, so this is definitely not the experience we want you to have.
Connection problems can often be caused by temporary network maintenance, local coverage gaps, or incorrect APN settings on your device.

I would say good service for good price as long as you don't need to contact them... Tried their support phone line in German, French or English multiple times over different days at different times but never any answers...and not to talk about their ticketing system you don't know where you stand, looks like nobody takes care of the ticketing....a disaster especially when you need something urgent while abroad. Think twice, buy your esim for abroad data traffic from one of the known actor in the sector (maya.net, holafly.com, etc) they are much more responsive to fix issues.

Whilst on holiday in Switzerland I…
Whilst on holiday in Switzerland I bought the flat 300 package for 30 days @ chf 30 which was advertised as 300/150 upload /download. It has been terrible sometimes barely able to load a website. It is fixed to one network so you cannot change.

Cellular connections are always influenced by various factors, such as antenna load and coverage. Also, in Switzerland, it’s not common to be able to access different networks simultaneously with a single SIM card.
For this reason, we always explicitly state all speeds as maximum speeds and cannot promise a specific performance level.
We hope you were still able to enjoy your vacation here in Switzerland and apologize for the inconvenience.

Very good service
Unique mobile offers and very good service, products are super! I bought an Acer Mobile Hotspot with 300Mbit speed and i bought an 300Mbit SIM for my 5G Home Router and it’s working fantastic and the price is unbeatable. Never had speed drops or service breaks. Support is amazing, very helpful and kind, they are fast replying and if you lose your SIM Card you will get the substitute in 2-3 working days.
I am customer since nearly 2 years and I am fully satisfied !

After three months in Lausanne Internet…
After three months in Lausanne Internet started to slow down to less than 1 MB. You have to reset the network nonstop. This is another scam connected to SunRise, i.e. to lure the customer, give him the feeling for a few months that it is a perfect internet, and then slow down or interrupt the speed. This should be punished

The speed and accuracy in which customer support assist in all issues of concern is genius.Consider it is a States of the art online phone and Internet service provision with many "up and go" customers.
I have an issue with an unknown activated number,complaining overnight,but waking up early in the morning to read in email reply. The problems solved my refund, and the credited prompt .
Bravo! The great quarterback of the support team.
I have just discovered the number was infact fraudulently used and planted ,against me, made appeared I paid and used it .
The content has been used against me before the dawn,refund was quickly made without any queries as a cover up..
The planted fake account is identified as Username"NEW SIM CARD 2,and my account as username "gregg.
The fake account username is -NEW SIM CARD 2,was automatically fraudulently activated without my permission and no pysical sim card .planting fake SIM cards is now norm and customery.
