Poor delivery service.
The doors are lovely and arrived when expected. But the delivery driver left 6 x 7ft doors at the bottom of the drive, leaving me, a 70 year old woman, to carry them in myself. Steve called me personally to apologise for the poor service, of which he has no control, which was very much appreciated.Thank you.

Such positive comments as 'doors are lovely' and 'arrived when expected' were great to hear. However, not so great to hear was your experience with such an unhelpful delivery driver. Unfortunately we just can't control the driver's behavior as they, obviously, work for the courier company and not us. Nevertheless, I will report the matter, to the courier as this type of behavior is unacceptable.
As you will see from our many 5 star reviews reviews, fortunately, such lack of cooperation doesn't appear to happen very often but I'm so sorry it clearly happened in your case.
Anyway, I was delighted to hear from you that the doors have transformed your bedroom, which I'm sure now looks stunning and I wish you many years of pleasure from your investment.

It's little things like, as in your case, the positioning of hinge holes on J-pull doors and, from our experience being able to advise and amend your order so that it all works as intended.

Fitted Bedroom Project
From the first enquiry, support with product selection, and technical knowledge provided prior to installation, the service was fantastic. In particular the help provided by Wendy, who simply could not do enough to ensure that we met the goals of our fitted wardrobe and drawers project which did have challenges due to it being in a loft conversion room.
The builds were of a high standard of quality, delivered on the agreed dates and look great now installed. I will definateley be buying from DIY Homefit again for a future project in another room.

Unfortunately, the nature of our business ie manufacturing all products specifically to our customers' sizes means that occasionally, orders can be delayed if a production machine breaks down. Thankfully, most times, breakdowns can be fixed immediately but if a special part is required their can, of course be a delay.
Fortunately this type of occurrence is pretty rare and I sincerely apologise that it occurred on your order, resulting a slight delay on delivery.
