I recently bought the Bicarb Spray and used it in my kettle. I washed and boiled it out several times but couldn’t get rid of the smell. I checked the bottle and all it says is to rinse with clean water if touching a food area. Nowhere on the bottle is there a warning DO NOT USE IN A KETTLE. At this point I went online to check and sure enough you shouldn’t spray a commercial Bicarb spray in a kettle ! OK so my fault I should have done the companys research before I used their product. Their reply to my email was we won’t recompense it’s your fault nothing like thank you for bringing this SAFETY concern to our attention. Hope nobody gets ill !!

I cannot recommend Astonish oven and grill cleaner enough. This stuff is amazing. I am 79 and disabled but this product has made it easy for me to clean my oven and grill. Will never use anything else again

Have been told by customer services the astonish oxy action cannot be used on any product that has the triangle crossed out. My argument is every item of clothing I have has this symbol on that's why 2 t-shirts have been ruined. So check Ur symbols before wasting Ur money because this company is not interested in complaints

What can I say, well I had an issue with their fabric spray, (a welcome alternative to Febreeze).
There is an issue with the spray gun I .E. It’s rubbish.
They answered my question. Actioned the issue, sent me replacements and assured me they would improve the spray gun.

Can’t ask for much more than this can you.

Oh and their dishwasher tablets are fantastic. Forget the ones with loads of pretty coloured pods for a small fortune. Theirs do the job for a fraction of the price. If I may be so bold to say they are a force to be welcomed to rival the big boys, fantastic.

I have an Induction hob, it is 3 years old. Two of the heating rings have marks from constant use.
Today I used the Astonish Hob Power Cream, I had to use it a second time because of how old some of the marks were.
My hob looks like new, I will be using this product at least once a month or more if it needs it.

I have used different astonish products for years , but I recently had issues with the pumps , despite emailing them , there response was not what I expected , the said we will talk to the production team , and will send you out some replacement , that was the last I heard from them , not the customer service I would expect from this company

Astonish Oven and Grill Cleaning paste is fantastic. We use if all the time, so easy to use with a cloth. Price is the best. No rips offs. Can't believe Astonish is discontinuing this product. Please, please, please don't discontinue something that works expertly. Astonish customer services are so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this company

Astonish fizz and fresh! Fizz is less than a generic dispersible aspirin; perhaps even less and barely noticeable. Won’t fall for this gimmick again!

Astonish Grease Lift - absolutely brilliant. Highly recommended as it works immediately and after using it leaves the surface sparkling.

I've just used the oven and grill cleaner and sponge to clean our Oven. Well, I'm astonished, not only do I not have to wear gloves, it's cruelty free, smells nice and did a superb job. Well done astonish!!

Useless it cannot compete with caustic soda which actual removes burnt on foodstuff etc

I used astonish oxyactive fabric stainless remover on a white cotton t shirt. I sprayed and waited for few seconds for it to work on a dust stainless. And then washed it under water. Hanged it in open air. To my utter displeasure, it created a big yellow stainless there. My tshirt is ruined. I wish I should have washed that light dust stainless with detergent rather than this dangerous bleaching product. Previously I used it on light grey cotton shirt & the result was similar & after even 10 washes that mark never got lighten. This review is to warn not to use it on colored or white clothes. It will leave a yellow visible mark on fabric. I wish there's an option to upload pictures of my ruined clothes with the feedback.

I love the Astonish products itself however, if you are ordering from the company directly that is another thing.
I placed an order 2 weeks ago and still not received. Courier failed twice and them as a company also as they never rearranged delivery. I have been trying contact them, Easter Break or Annual leave, exchanged a few emails only but it seems noone is actually available or working there. Avoid ordering from them and if you like the products simply buy them from Asda or Morrisons!

Outstanding company. I cannot recommend Astonish highly enough. I reached out to their team with a specific inquiry and the level of compassion and speed they showed was world-class.
