We bought an expensive trolley but…
We bought an expensive trolley but within a couple of hours all 4 wheels fell off.
On the up side..Decovry is handling out complaint.
We'll see how it goes from here. But be aware that Decovry is - at the end of the day - a (very competent) drop-shipper

I didn't receive my order
I didn't receive my order so far although it has been paid. Something went wrong with the delivery company. I wrote a mail to Decovry about it, but until today I had no reaction. I still hope to receive the item I have ordered.
