I ordered earrings but one of the earrings wrongly assembled. I have tried to contact Decovry multiple times through e-mail and their website. So far, no reply.
I am very disappointed because I actually love the earrings but cannot wear them. €50,- down the drain.

Dear DECOVERY Support Team,
The second bag has now arrived. However, after using the first one, I realized that it is completely impractical. Contrary to the handling promised by the photos.
1. A laptop cannot be inserted from the outside. However, that's what the photo suggests.
2. Attaching it to the bike is impractical with the Velcro fasteners, especially at the bottom center.
3. Contrary to the picture, the bag is also not suitable as a backpack.
I am very disappointed and would like to return one bag. It is unused.
Therefore, I request that you send me a return slip.
