Very happy with the floral arrangement. The colour palette is lovely, and the faux flowers look impressively realistic—they look amazing in person.
I also ordered a vase, which was unfortunately stolen from our doorstep after delivery. However, I was super impressed by the team’s commitment to customer care. They responded quickly and resolved the issue with genuine care and professionalism

I first received my vase in perfect…
I first received my vase in perfect condition. The flowers came in a 2nd shipment and the box was crushed and flowers smashed. I sent a picture to customer service. Within one day, AlICE in customer service responded. She generously sent me a replacement arrangement at NO charge. I was very thankful for that as I am planning my house warming party. Now my dining table centerpiece is complete.
I look forward to doing business with a company that understands complete customer service. They have definitely earned my repeat business!!

Over priced for flowers that looks fake/cheap, feels fake. Delivery came from china with chinese writing on the box. Not happy with product, spend $500 on 3 sets and 2 vases. Order number #5939.

All I can say is WOW the Lush is absolutely gorgeous! I thought it wouldn’t be full enough for the vase that’s why I worried when I placed the order and wanted to exchange it for The Essence but once it arrived I was so impressed. I’m absolutely happy with the flower arrangement and love the idea that it’s already prearranged and only requires minimal fluff up. I added a few faux flowers I had laying around and that just brought the whole bouquet to life!

I love this arrangement and it looks beautiful in my space. Alice was very helpful and the customer service was great.
Just be aware that the flowers and vase you receive may not look exactly the same as what’s shown in the photos, and the delivery timeline can be quite long. The actual arrangement I received was noticeably different from the pictures, but it was still lovely. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and really appreciated the good customer service.
