Quick and Professional Customer Service

I contacted my domain hosting service Doteasy this morning and they immediately moved me from the Chatbox AI to a CS rep, who dealt with my website and email issues immediately, providing me with a description of the problem, the solution, and long it would take to show up on my end. I was impressed with the speed, professionalism and accuracy of the response. I'm glad my hosting service is working well!

Helpful support and clear downgrade guidance

Ali from Doteasy was helpful in reviewing my hosting account and explaining which plan best matched my site’s actual needs. I had concerns that I was paying for more hosting than necessary, and she confirmed that the Starter plan would still support my static website, including SSL/HTTPS, FTP access, .htaccess redirects, existing files, folders, and DNS settings.
She also clarified the annual pricing, renewal amount, and that the transition would involve zero downtime. I appreciated the clear answers and the help finding a more appropriate hosting plan for my current website.
