DONT BUY FROM GLAMSPOT OR COSMETIERE. SAME ADRESS SAME FAKE "COMPANY"

Read this after 3-4week from ordering to delivery from David Ramentos (funny when its a company website and message came from Danish phone number

Its very lousy service from you that you send Email with max delivery date on 26 og august. And it shows up5 ot 6 days later!!!!
I placed the order almost 2 weeks ago so you had enough time to enter the correct delivery date from the beginning. UPS can make a delivery within 2 days all over Europe!!!
You maxed it out with 2 weeks!!!!!
Thats not what your terms of delivery listed on your website. And you dont even appolligize! You just write that you can Blockbusters the delivery and make a refund.
That was not my question??
You could give me a correct or app delivery date. It was delayed ONE WEEK god damn it.
And not a single word og message from Cosmetiere!!!
Thats my point!
And thats why ingen angry with you.
I Hope you will send a few words about this sorry happening. That would suit you and take this buy to a good (better comfortable customer) experience forwarded

Order has not arrived, It was placed on August 11th and I recieved a e mail to say it was on its way.. I have e mailed glamspot and no reply..

Ordered on 19th July. Its 11th august and I have reached out to customer service and no reply. My money has been taken of my account. I have not received my package nor any refund.

Must be a scam, I am awaiting a delivery since the 30th of June, max delivery date was 10th of July, i have tried all there numbers in spain france and germany is just an answering machine sent them numerous emails but no reply!!!

Primera compra ok. Tarda un poco el envío pero el paquete llega impecable y seguro. Precio bueno.

I placed my order on 22 June 2026. Today is 13 July 2026.
The website says my order has been shipped, but I have received no information from any postal service. The tracking number doesn't work on any parcel tracking website, and WhatsApp support doesn't respond. My messages are not even being delivered.
All the positive reviews look like they were written by bots. Don't believe them and don't trust this website. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend buying anything from them.
I will update this review if I eventually receive my order, although I highly doubt that will happen.
Update:
Today I finally received the item I ordered. I can’t really comment on the quality of the perfume itself yet, but the delivery experience was terrible.
I received the email with my order number 21 days after placing the order, and at the same time I got the delivery notification. The customer support was also very poor.
Because of this, I opened a payment dispute, but now I’ll have to close it. Another problem is that I had already ordered the same perfume from another website because my wife’s birthday is coming up soon. I honestly don’t understand why I should have to pay for two identical bottles of perfume. It’s inconvenient and also an unnecessary expense.
That said, I still hope the company improves and that situations like this won’t happen again.
I’m changing my rating to 3 stars.
P s. Who is going to cover the extra costs I've ended up with, including the shipping and return costs for one of the two identical bottles of perfume? That question remains unanswered yet...
