I ordered a TV and paid extra money for fast delivery, but the TV was not delivered on the right day or even at a normal pace. The delivery man should have sent me a text or called me half an hour before delivery according to the terms and conditions; however, I just got a notification after delivery time, which stated we could not deliver to your place. While I expect a remedial action by the company, surprisingly they asked me to book a new time, a week later. I got the TV one week later, which is completely unacceptable.

I wanted to buy the Fortnite x PS5 collaboration console for Black Friday. So, I went ahead and got it. When I got home and opened the box, the PS5 itself was perfectly fine. But when I tried to use the redeem code that came with it, it didn’t work. Honestly, the main reason I bought the PS5 Slim x Fortnite bundle was for the redeem card, so this was really disappointing.

Wanted a cheap phone with eSIM compatibility but was sold a phone that wasn’t compatible at all. Since I opened it I’m probably stuck with this garbage… and have to cancel the phone plan I got in preparation for a phone I hoped would support eSIM. Awesome. Like what was the point of lying to me? You’re the expert just selling a device, it won’t kill you to be honest. It’s like you’re hoping I’ll complain just to call me the a-hole when you just sold me a device I asked you for help finding. I asked you which cheap smartphone supported eSIM and trusted your expert opinion.

What a scam. We were offered a discount at checkout because we were with Andel Energi - this was all Rasmus, the shop assistant told us. No further information. Next minute we receive an email from Andel Energi signing us up to a new (worse) deal, with 14 days to refuse. So misleading of Elgiganten to trick their customers into this just so their staff can get a commission. Who comes first? Customers or this partnership with Andel Energi?
And you can forget about calling either - they don't provide their shop numbers and Andel Energi is closed on the weekend, leaving customers with no way of speaking to anyone about this. Deceitful behaviour. Will never shop there again.

Bought a stove+oven combi, it's been 3 days we are waiting for the delivery that is every time scheduled but then they just don't come, don't call, or don't ring the door and leave. We have been taking days off of work every time for this and they don't respect anything, this is appalling. We won't be buying from elgiganten anymore.

The sales person in the aarhus shop was unfortunately lying about the way they control delivery.
He told me that he could choose a specific day of delivery. (it was important it was a surprise gift). But the product arrived 3 days after instead of the date chosen.
I didn’t get any compensation and was slightly laugh at on the phone.

Elgiganten are playing its customers . They sell you a faulty product then refuse to fix them saying it is you who has damaged it. when i am guessing it is mostly the crap they sell you that is at fault.
In my case a TV. From the shop to me wall, where it is hanged for over 4 months.
Screen starts acting up. We take it back which is hard enough. Bingo its our fault.
It never moved from the wall i think we would have noticed it falling onto the floor.
But no it is physical damage they say, but there is no damge anywhere.
But they can fix it for 5200 kr.
They are absolute filth. They are cheating i don't know how many. They should be investigated .

Bought a kitchen set from them. After 8 months of using, there is water already leaking inside the undermounted sink on the bench. it’s been 9 months since we complained, until now there is no resolution. Warranty is worthless since they will refuse to compensate for you anyways. Don’t buy here.

If you are reading this DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. Why? Bought a faulty computer in 2017. Sent it back for warranty because it was malfunctioning in October 2020 (the 3rd time). It's March and I have no idea where my computer is and neither does Elgiganten, 5 months. They have lost it and are not responding to me, forcing me to proceed via the center for complaint resolution and the European Center for Consumers. Thank you Elgiganten for the worse costumer experience of my life.

Just before Christmas last year I bought an extra controller(500 DKK) for an new Xbox Series S 512 GB for my son. When I opened the box I realized that is missing the back batteries plastic lid. Very frustrating exactly on Christmas time. So I went after winter holidays to the shop with the controller to customer service. I explained and I show the missing back batteries cover lid from the controller to the supervisor. The supervisor said very arrogant nothing he can do about it and is not his problem and I should leave the shop. I said to him I am not living the shop until I get a refund, replace the controller, or to order a new back batteries cover lid. Suddenly he get physical aggressive towards me. He grabbed and brocket my x box controller carton box. When I tried to stop him he pushed me to times with his both hands. So I decide to call the Police to take measures with this kind of aggressive behaviour towards me. The supervisor name name is Mark an Asian nationality. I do not recommend this shop. Most of the staff in that shop are rude and unprofessional.

Ordered a TV - it was supposed to come 3 times already - still isn't here. Horrible service, always has excuses why it isn't coming, even said they cannot find my TV and have no idea where it is. NOw it is technical issues.

WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD

Utter garbage.
Used their Klik og Hent service to buy a samsung memory stik.
Never received a reply back, so I figured I'd just drive the 15 mins and buy it. However, after waiting a ridiculous amount of time to be served (even though some bell end with a beard was walking about with his hands in his pockets just talking) the guy tells me they don't even sell them.
I went to the shelves to see if I could buy the same brand, but with a different storage capacity only to find they don't even sell that brand at all.
1. Keep track of your stock
2. keep your crappy website updated
3. Get more staff or just better ones
