Just one thing, this is my first lingerie so I was looking for instructions regarding washing (specially before first use to remove the factory smell) on the website, but couldn’t find any. I just googled it, but it didn’t really remove the smell. Would be nice to have this on the website!

Ich kann leider nur davon abraten, bei Gianna Bellucci zu bestellen. Die Produkte werden als hochwertig vermarktet, kamen bei mir aber in typischen, billigen Plastikversandtaschen an. Auf den Etiketten stand zudem ganz eindeutig "Made in China", was man leider auch direkt gemerkt hat: Die Artikel rochen extrem chemisch und unangenehm. Die Qualität der Stoffe entspricht meiner Meinung nach absolut nicht dem hohen Preis.
Das Schlimmste war jedoch der Retourenprozess. Ich habe einen ungetragenen Bodysuit mit intaktem Hygienesiegel und Etikett zurückgeschickt. Zum Glück habe ich den perfekten Zustand direkt vor dem Verpacken auf Video festgehalten! Der Kundenservice schickte mir daraufhin ein Foto von einem völlig verdreckten, getragenen Artikel (ohne Hygienesiegel) und behauptete, das sei meiner, um die Rückerstattung zu verweigern. Erst nach extrem anstrengenden Diskussionen, unlogischen Ausreden und dem Vorlegen meiner Videobeweise mit Zeitstempel sowie dem Postbeleg lenkten sie ein. Dennoch haben sie mein Geld extrem lange und völlig ungerechtfertigt zurückgehalten. Diese massive Verspätung bei der Rückerstattung ist absolut unprofessionell und nervenaufreibend.
Aufgrund dieses völlig inakzeptablen Kundenservices, der unverschämten Verzögerungen bei der Erstattung und der enttäuschenden Ware habe ich mich entschieden, auch alle restlichen Sets aus meiner Bestellung direkt zurückzusenden. Ich werde hier definitiv nie wieder einkaufen und kann nur empfehlen, sich diesen Ärger zu ersparen.

I strongly advise against ordering from Gianna Bellucci. The products are marketed as premium, but my order arrived in typical, cheap plastic mailing bags. Furthermore, the tags clearly stated "Made in China," which was immediately obvious: The clothes had a very strong, unpleasant chemical smell. In my opinion, the quality of the fabrics absolutely does not justify the high price tag.
The most frustrating part, however, was the return process. I returned a completely unworn bodysuit with the hygiene seal and tags fully intact. Thankfully, I recorded a video of its perfect condition right before packing it! Customer service then sent me a photo of a completely filthy, worn item (missing the hygiene seal) and claimed it was mine in an attempt to deny my refund. Only after exhausting discussions, illogical excuses from their side, and presenting my timestamped video evidence along with the postal receipt did they finally back down. However, they still held onto my money for an incredibly long time without any justification. This massive delay in processing the refund is completely unprofessional and stressful.
Because of this terrible customer service experience, the unacceptable delays in getting my money back, and the poor product quality, I immediately returned all the remaining sets from my order as well. I will definitely never shop here again and highly recommend saving yourself the headache.

I am waiting more than 2 weeks for my underwear set. A few days came the message that the intem was delivered on my adress but i became nothing! I wrote many emails to them and they don ´t answer😬 I thing this eshop is not legal!

The material feels very pleasant and soft to the touch, and the overall quality is excellent. It was purchased as a gift, and the recipient was happy with it as well. Fast delivery, fits perfectly, and looks amazing

I tried numerous times to reach out to their polish email address because the website showed an error when I made my purchase. I haven't received any order confirmation. On top of that I paid for priority service now I don't know whether they just took my money and therewon't be any delivery or what exactly is happening. Very bad service and no customer service at all. I'm never buying again from this website!!

I paid for fast shipping and it was not fast…when i ordered there was a note that it will be delivered by 1/2 days, and it was not… it came to me after 4 days and it was not what i paid for.
