My 6h drive was totally worth it , he was a great help. I wish the Belgian team was better prepared to sell the furniture locally.

The delivered product could not be…
The delivered product could not be assembled. It was delivered without assembly instructions, and no meaningful support was provided by the supplier. Instead of offering a solution, I received nothing but lecturing and unhelpful comments. The combination of products recommended by the sales representative was obviously unprofessional and showed a lack of expertise.
Unfortunately, I no longer have any trust in this company. Since nobody is responding to my messages anymore and I have still not received an invoice, it seems that they do not care about this issue at all. That is why I am writing this review.
