Fast customer service
Hi, the product is nice but certificate very low quality photocopy. I expected something genuine. Is it possible to resend the certificate as the writing is unreadable. I dont mind it sent via email and I can print myself. I'm curious though why it is a copy of a certificate and not a genuine one.
Edit to say I got a nice email back to explain and send me a new certificate via email.

Order a meteorite piece from them, came without the certificate of authenticity and box (as advertised on the website). Emailed them asking them fro support awaiting a response.

Thank you for your review, and we're genuinely sorry that your meteorite arrived without its certificate of authenticity.
You're absolutely right to have raised this with us. Unfortunately, the certificate was mistakenly omitted from your order during packing. As soon as we received your email, we sent you a PDF copy by email so you had the documentation immediately, and the original signed certificate has now been posted to you.
Regarding the presentation, our website states that specimens are supplied in a protective box, with the option to upgrade to a floating display cube. As your order did not include the optional floating display cube, your specimen was supplied in its protective packaging for transit. However, we appreciate your feedback and will review the wording on our website to make this clearer.
We sincerely apologise for the oversight and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We hope you'll update your review once you've received the original certificate and had the opportunity to see that the issue has been fully resolved.

I buy regularly from Geofossils and they are the best Crystal, Gem, mineral and fossil sellers. Kim is so incredibly knowledgeable about them and always more than happy to advise and help with anything you need.
The products are the best you can probably get in the world because they are so particular about where they source them from. They are always shipped really quickly and arrive well packaged.
I do buy from other places sometimes too but my favourite is Geofossils by far.
The service is second to none.
Glad I found them and I highly recommend them 😊

On top of the wrong item being sent in…
On top of the wrong item being sent in this order one of the other items was meant to be a peice of drilled green tourmaline, what they sent was a horrible almost black piece that when you shine a light through it is browny red!!!!! For £29 this is absolutely ridiculous!!!! As stated before I will NEVER be buying from this sight again, absolutely let down!!!!!

Unhappy customer
Since writing below I have had a reply which I do appreciate. I am aware that refunds take time and so will wait for this to arrive.
I appreciate the offer of reserving a Selenite charging disc but I have managed to get one from the crystal shop in Taunton.
I will consider ordering in the future should I need something.
When I placed my order it was for one main item a Selenite charging disc but was also drawn to another item so I decided to add. There was nothing on the website stating either item was out of stock. I receive an email stating one item was despatched which was not the item I really wanted but thought perhaps the other item would be despatched separately but that was my first mistake as the next day I was emailed telling me I would be refunded. I was not happy and emailed back and received an email which I feel was not good. I had advised that they could collect but after reading the returns policy I knew that would not happen so I sent the unopened package by last Friday which GeoFossils received on Monday 20/04/2026 in the morning and I know as it was tracked but still not heard about a refund. I will give it a few more days to see if a refund has been done before taking this matter further. Ian Radford

You’re absolutely right that part of your order was unavailable after purchase, and we understand how disappointing that is, especially when it was the main item you wanted. As soon as this was identified, we issued a refund for the out-of-stock item and sent the remaining item that was available. We also provided a credit voucher to cover your shipping costs for a future order.
Following your return, your refund is currently being processed, and this can take a few working days depending on your payment provider.
We always aim to keep our stock levels accurate, but on rare occasions discrepancies can occur, and we’re continuously working to improve this.
We’re also more than happy to notify you as soon as the Selenite charging disc is back in stock if you’d still like one reserved.
