I just came back from a holiday I booked with cruise first of all we stayed at the grand hotel Excelsior in Malta which was lovely. Made us pay £130 deposit. I’ve been back a week and stunt received it back and then on the cruise we had for seven days with P&o Azura Was great but they double charges at the restaurants and when I came home the charged us twice on the cruise account I’ve emailes cruise 1st to resolve this and so far nothing you can’t even ring up everything by email.
