Plants arrived looking half dead and already ate by snails or slugs big holes in leaves not great condition and squashed in packaging

Good communication when there was a problem with delivery

Packaging was good however it could do with sticker saying this way up. Courier had it on its side so some of foliage was broken and some compost had tipped out.

The plant arrived well wrapped and in good conditions.

I ordered a rose bush for a friends 70th Birthday. It arrived quickly and was well packaged. My friend was delighted with her rose 🌹

Although there was an initial delay in my order being shipped, as soon as I phoned everything was done to rectify it and the rose was beautiful!

Swift delivery and email notification of item on its way. Great choice of products not available in garden centres with good choice of quantity available.

I was ordering a little something for my auntie in Scotland and I came across this store the flowers and reviews looked good so I placed a order.
Unfortunately I did not put the full address down and had to call up for support.
I was greeted by a lovely chap who was more then happy to help he pulled up my order super fast and assured me that everything was fine.
Honestly would 100% recommend this company if not for the beautful bulbs then for the customer service.

Prompt delivery and I like the fact I could order one colour per pack - as opposed to a multi coloured pack of bulbs.

The rose bush I ordered arrived in good condition, within the specified timeframe and packaged well. The price was also competitive. This is the first time I have used this company, but would definitely buy from them again.
