Gift Card Taken, Still No Payout
I would not recommend GCPrimo based on my experience.
I submitted my Apple gift card, and the balance was taken, but I have not received any payout. I’ve sent multiple emails requesting an update and have received no response. I also tried calling the phone number listed for customer service, but it does not appear to work.
At this point, I have no communication, no payment, and no way to get assistance. Because of that, I feel like I may have been scammed. If there is a legitimate explanation, I would appreciate someone from GCPrimo contacting me and resolving this issue as soon as possible.
Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend using this service.

I too was stupid enough to give this company my gift card and have now waited 2 days and 4 hours with no communication via their website nor communication via email. It is not fair to take the balance of my gift card immediately then leave me hanging.

Edit: they indeed did pay after 3 days. The lack of communication was still concerning—particularly the fact that the phone number was out of service and the address on the website went to a law office in Atlanta.

Used this service because they say they process same day. After submitting, the website told me it would take less than 8 hours. I am now on day 5 without a payout, even though they took the money off the gift card as soon as I submitted it. The phone number listed on the website is not in service and I have been unable to talk to an actual human being even though the chatbot has told me 20 times they were forwarding my complaint to a teammate. This has been a nightmare and I feel like I’ve been robbed. I will edit this review if I ever receive the payment, but they need to stop lying to people saying the payout will be same day, because that is a lie and a complete scam. Times are tough and people should not trust this company for same day payouts.

This is taking way to long!! I am still in recieved and nothing moved. Hell i can't even talked to a live person! Almost makes me think I am wasting my time and can get faster review and payment somewhere else. UPDATE 7/14/26 - 10 days, 11 hours now, no payment. Primo has possession of my gift card funds and is refusing payment to me while I see others here supposedly being paid and submitted orders after i did. Can anyone confirm they actually got paid? Primo, you have 24 hours to deliver my payment before I take legal action.
Update- going on day 4 and chat is a dead end fake AI. No one has responded via email. This is the worst company, do not work with them!! They steal your money!
I'll change my review if I am paid. Money taken from gift card immediately, so there should be no reason to wait. My order has been stuck in received status for over 2 days. No response via chat, reached out via email. I would not recommend. I should be paid immediately if my gift card is drained immediately.
