Order # 21FFB3 is still pending even though I paid for priority (apparently it only refers to the amount of time it takes to get to your bank once it's no longer pending). AI cant give any kind of timeframe for anything. I have 2 support tickets that have been open for 4 or 5 days. I haven't received any kind of response whatsoever. And to make my experience even better, I've got the AI chatbot saying it can get me in a live chat with a real person, but it can't. And I'm guessing that if I get a response from giftcash on this review, it'll just be a vague autogenerated statement just like everyone else is getting. I'm pretty frustrated, to say the least. I'd like to change my review to 5 stars, but you have to pay me my money. I'm a single mom with 3 kids. I wish you would have a more accurate timeline on payouts. Clearly withdrawals aren't taking longer than usual..it is the usual. Please just send me my money

I have over $1,400 in submitted gift cards sitting in pending status with no movement. This delay is creating a serious financial issue for me, and I cannot proceed with any ACH deposit cures or additional submissions until this payout is resolved.

I am particularly concerned because my previous next-day ACH withdrawal request (313273) for $622.50 is already past its deadline and remains overdue. Because that first deposit has been stuck, I will not be requesting a withdrawal for the $1,400 currently in my wallet until I have a guarantee it will not face the same delay.

I need the money now and am requesting additional compensation for your team violating and passing the established payout window. Please escalate this immediately.

i have given my gift card information to them ot was a bestbuy gift card for $25 dollars and i waited three days for a transaction so i can use the money but its stalled please just release the money

I've sold lots of gift cards here, there's never, not once been a decent timed payout. They all take about 11-28 days to process, and then they make you withdraw the money from them, which takes another 10 days. As of right now, I have one I posted there on August 28th and it's still in the "processing" stage. Even after I paid extra for priority and all. And their support is irrelevant, they NEVER message back. But after you get your payment they will send you a message, I mean I honestly don't understand how this company is still up and running.

Never used this site. I uploaded 3 girftcards and all were charged and I never received the funds I am disputing all 3 cards.

I deleted the five stars that I gave before a long time ago. I have one withdrawal request pending from May, and I submitted my cards in early April. They were legit before, but somehow they updated their website and all became a mess

Terrible customer service no replies, no text backs. just nothing . All I need to do is get a code to verify my withdrawal payment method, created 5 tickets separately, emailed , texted and it’s been days no response just terrible. **WARNING TO SELLERS: I am now preparing legal action to recover my unpaid GiftCash funds**

I rarely take a business dispute this far, but after months of delays and repeated attempts to resolve this directly, I am now preparing to pursue **formal legal action against GiftCash Inc. to recover my remaining funds.**

At one point, GiftCash had **over $12,000 of my withdrawals outstanding**. After extensive follow-ups and escalation, they eventually processed several partial payments. However, **$4,748 still remains unpaid**.

What I find particularly unacceptable is that despite these funds remaining outstanding for an extended period, GiftCash support has told me that they **cannot provide any definitive timeline for when I will receive the rest of my money.**

I have given GiftCash numerous opportunities to resolve this without further escalation. I also sent a **formal demand for payment via USPS Certified Mail** to their publicly listed Las Vegas address. USPS tracking subsequently recorded the mailing as **“refused by the addressee”** and returned it to me. I then provided the same demand electronically so there could be no confusion regarding what I was requesting.

At this stage, I believe I have exhausted reasonable informal attempts to resolve the matter. I am now preparing to pursue recovery of the remaining **$4,748 through the appropriate court process**, together with any filing fees, service expenses, and other costs that may be recoverable.

I want to be very clear: **I am not asking GiftCash for anything beyond the money they owe me.** I would much rather receive my remaining payouts and close this matter than spend my time pursuing a court case.

Until this is fully resolved, I would urge anyone considering selling substantial amounts of gift cards through GiftCash to **exercise serious caution before placing significant funds with the platform**, particularly when the company is unable to provide a definitive payout timeline for outstanding withdrawals.

If GiftCash pays the remaining balance, I will update this review to reflect that resolution.

I’ve been waiting for a cash out for 2 months now. I’ve been messaging support everyday. No response. I have 750$ locked up. At this point I don’t know if I’m able to cancel and just repurchase gift cards and take my loss. Will never use the platform again most likely and I do not recommend. E2B809 Is my #. Processing and payout times have been extremely fast. Submitted a card last night and it was already in my wallet this morning. Wallet to payout method has taken no longer than 4 days. Been using GiftCash for years and will continue to do so.

I am currently locked out of my account and cannot track my active transaction because I signed up using Apple's "Hide My Email" feature. Giftcash's automated OTP verification codes are being completely blocked by Apple’s relay servers, making it impossible for me to log in.I have reached out to direct support via email and text, but I am being completely ignored. I need a support manager to contact me immediately and manually update the email address on my account to a standard email provider so I can access my information.Please reach out to resolve this transaction safely.

I upload my ikea gift cards on June 10, money received on July 24 in wallet. I have been waiting for my withdrawal procces done since July 24th. No one respond my message or anything. Withdrawal number is 0D1BC .

for days now my withdrawal order E8D027 has been on pending and wasn't fulfilled. its really tiring having to do business with them.

It deserves a 0 rating the took the balance off my Apple gift card in less than an hour after submitting it on August 14th order number 339035 and then rejected the payout 5 days after I inquired about the delay.

They said on there website that the average time to process my TJX giftcard is 3 days. But it's getting to 2 weeks now that I uploaded my giftcard. I have not received a payout for not even 1 among the three tjx giftcard that I uploaded. Why did you wrote that the average time for me to receive my payment will be 3 days. When you know it's not true.

I purchased a Walmart $25 gift card from giftcash on Aug 14 upon checking balance it was $0. Still no word back from customer service and no number to call just gifty that doesn't respond back.

RUN DONT WALK, Ive been dealing with giftcashconnect since august 15th , i submitted a $150 dollar Sephora gift card to them thinking i was gonna be immediately paid out as their website says payment happens within 2 hours. this is very shameful and disgusting service being sold to customers. I’ve been waiting since Sunday to get paid only for my payment to still be on “processing/ awaiting verification” there should be no reason at all as to why it should take that long. I also have been nonstop sending emails to their “support” as well as their live chat support which has gotten no response from either . Also tried to see if the balance was still there on my Sephora card and the balance was $0, very sketchy and scammy. I want my money back!

I will be going to authorities with this and have them look into this fraud of a company!

After 40+ days, they are still pretending to be "processing" one of my gift cards, even though they have successfully emptied (probably sold) its balance. They won't pay out the other two cards either, even though they show as processed. They are just flat-out stealing money from everyone.
