Avoid this company—they mislead customers during the purchasing process. Be sure to carefully check the photos and descriptions; the customer has to cover return shipping costs—it’s the first time I’ve ever encountered such a policy on a website.

Prompt delivery, looks ok haven’t put it together yet

I ordered some garden netting for a vegetable cage and they couldn't have been more inefficient. Not only did they deliver different dimensions from what I had ordered but their own label on the box also said something completely different.
Their follow up customer service was also appalling and I ended up having to order from a different company.
I personally wouldn't touch them with the proverbial pole!

Fabulous plants, my plants arrived today in great condition. There was a stock issue, but the company contacted me immediately and offered a solution. They couldn't have done more or been more helpful.

I’ve had a few products from GW and have to say I’m always very happy with the products and the service. I love the fact they cover so many areas within the garden. It only makes my shopping experiance a great one. It’s a tick for retail therapy.

I have removed the original post for garden direct, and wish to confirm I have had no dealings with them and cannot comment about their services.
I wish garden direct rhe best as they develop their business.
I do however maintain my opinion of the (unfortunately) similarly named garden wildlife direct, who I am told has no affiliation with garden wildlife.

Delivered exactly when expected, and left where we requested.

It was delivered all made up when I expected it to be in kit form. Good quality bench. Only slight down was that it took over a month to be delivered but not a major issue once they made me aware of this.

The delivery of this perishable item was much delayed and when delivered was left with the Postal Service for two days during record breaking temperatures.

I ordered and paid for a product which I urgently needed.
It took 3 weeks to arrive and I received no updates nor apologies for the delay.
I was forced to purchase another product to use in the interim.
