Early days in my Goodweigh Journey
I am at the start of my Goodweigh journey, having had my second weekly injection today, but so far my experience has been good. I can already see the weight disappearing (albeit slowly)! The registration and onboarding process was clear and efficient (and I appreciated the option to choose the website in English to help me with the process). The opportunity for help and guidance now I am part of the programme is always there if needed. The delivery of the drug was bang on time as communicated and I was impressed with the packaging and other useful information provided. My first injection did result in severe side-effects which had been explained as possible (bad headache and violent repeated sickness) - as my body adjusted to the drug. I'm hoping my body does not revolt in the same way after my second injection! We will see! I now really believe that the drug will work and I look forward to a lesser me eventually!

Refusing to reimburse a product not delivered to me
I’ve been in treatments for 2 months, and the first 2 deliveries it all went well and smooth. However, on the 3rd product delivery, I was waiting at home all day and it got marked as delivered, however they delivered to a different address and someone accepted the order, the company was not able to provide me a name/address, just a signature (just a doodle in screen) that on their opinion, it proves that it was delivered to me when it wasn’t. I can’t help thinking that this a fraud scheme.
After 3 weeks trying to solve this the support services, they are refusing to reimburse. This is an expensive product and my treatment was stopped because of their delivery company mistake, and I’m now having to pay for this.
Stay away from this company if you don’t want to lose money… disappointed

What I'm enjoying is that I have little side effects so far. I find that my appetite is still good but eating less. I eat about 80% and am satisfied. If I feel peckish in the evening, I make myself a small bowl of berries with low fat Greek yoghurt and the peckishness is gone. Injecting myself is easy and I'm not afraid of the needle. I am someone that doesn't like injections, but this one I don't even feel. Perhaps a slight prick but it's gone immediately. I appreciate the instructions which are very clear and simple, so that helps a lot.

Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for
Whilst it’s not the cheapest supplier out there, Goodweigh are very thorough and supportive through the process. The deliveries are professional and you get very clear instructions throughout. I would recommend them for those people not just looking for cheap medication but for someone to support you throughout the process.
