Therefore, I needed two new phones very quickly. Found Gomibo and decided to buy from them for two reasons: the best price at the moment and immediate availability of a Samsung model with bigger RAM. Ordered on a Saturday in the evening, delivered by Monday afternoon. Complete satisfaction. No problem recommending this store. Thank you!!!

Send back a samsung S11 512gb 5G tablet for repair. Today I receive a message, that it will be send back because I did`t want a repair!!! I never said something like that. It was bought in Nov. 2025. Unbelievable!

Received my phone within 1.5 days of ordering (shipped to Slovenia)! Amazing speed across the entire chain.
If I had order sooner than in the middle of the night, it would probably arrive in less than 24h.

Long delay, No support response
I have placed an order and I was supposed to receive my order in only 2 days. Now I am waiting on day 8 and they even don't reply to my messages.
Super disappointed and afraid if I lose my money.
Update:
After few days the support called me and explained me the cause of delay and offered me a voucher for the inconvenience related to the delay. So I'm updating my review and rating to be fair.

How dare you lie and say your in contact with me. How can you say your in direct contact with me when you have closed the case and have advised me to open a police report even though you have stated in an email written by yourselves declaring that the iphone was lost in transit. You are not in fact in contact with me and have absolutely refused to assist me in any way. If you are serious about coming to a sensible resolution, you have my email there and you can email me in private, but please don't say that were in contact when the last email i received on the 11th of april this year. If required I have proof and documentation of all the emails between you and myself. All i did was follow your return policy for a refund and you have refused to follow your own policy, which is what i'm ashamed about as a big company like yourselves.
