Good seller, lot of products, with competitive prices. Recommend!

They have cheap stuff, usually good quality. I like the website, u can shearch anything u need, sometimes its a bit of a chalenge, but i have found everything i need.
However the delivery is usually coming later, then they mention it on the website.

Absolutely terrible customer service.

They completely ignore their customers. They do not reply to emails, they take no responsibility for their mistakes, and they refuse to issue a refund.

Because they provided incorrect contact information for my order, my shipment (BE002575736LT) was collected by someone else. Despite clear evidence, they continue to ignore the issue.

Avoid this company at all costs. They ignore customers, keep your money, and provide no support.
No refund. No solution

1 Star – Very Disappointed

I do not recommend gmoto.pl.

I received an ECU for my moped in extremely poor condition. The housing was badly damaged and partially melted. I decided to give it a chance anyway, hoping it would at least work.

I installed the ECU as a simple plug-and-play replacement, exactly as described on their website, which stated that it was compatible with my moped. Unfortunately, the moped would not start at all.

I removed the ECU, packed it exactly the same way it had arrived, and returned it with a detailed complaint. After waiting several weeks, I received an email saying that my return had been rejected and that I would not receive a refund because they had tested the ECU and claimed it was working.

This is unacceptable. I received a damaged product that was not working on a compatible vehicle, yet they refused to take responsibility. On top of that, the entire process was extremely slow.

In my experience, this company is unprofessional, and does not treat customers fairly. I will never buy from them again and cannot recommend them to anyone.

Product not as shown in the images Ticket opened with customer, over a month, no response. I received a weaker product than the one I ordered, a different model, not like the one in the pictures

Products seem available at the day if the order but after payment they are unavailable, so you pay the post fees and you don't get the whole order. Tĥis happened twice

and the delivery time was the one I was told when ordering and finding the spare parts was very easy

Everything went well and fast. The ordered product was accurate to description. I really like this HJC C10 helmet what i got. Thank you.

The prices are good and it's easy to order.

I will never order from here again. I ordered several items, and in one instance, they sent a part with a manufacturing defect. I thought I would contact them to request a replacement for the defective part, but they did not respond to any of my inquiries.
