My son ordered a helmet on 12/02. It was supposed to arrive in 2 days. It still hasn't arrived. When we don't call, they say it will be here in 2-3 days, and it's been like this for 2 weeks.

Ordered at 8pm got shipped the same day next day delivered 100% recomend these people

Watchout this webshop is refusing to give my money or a part. They said they send it and nothing arrived. Also worst customer service its now more then a month later...

Be aware of this webshop: I was duped by this shop. I ordered a Vespa windshield for my moped which did not fit. So I sent it back in exact same condition as I received. I paid 60 euro for purchase, then they made me pay 10 euro to send it back. After sending it back I waited for weeks for refund. When I asked for it, they refused to refund any money to me with reason that windshield is not in new condition and was fitted. Obviously I tried to install it but could not. So they threatened me that they will destroy it with no refund. Then they ask me to pay another 6 euros to send same useless peace to me because they can not refund anything. This is nothing but day light robbery. So be careful if you order something, you might not be able to return it in any case. They will make you pay postage and refuse to refund anything. Disappointed with this and I take a vow to never shop from this fraud company. I wish I could give 0 star.

I don't get how this company gets 4 stars. All I read is reviews of unsatisfied customers, and I'm one of them. Worst service ever, this company should be closed down! You order stuff and it either doesn't arrive or you get something you haven't ordered. And customer service is non-existent, the one time I managed to get someone on the phone they were downright rude. I lost my money, they lost a client. Never ever again. Perfect example of how not to run a webshop.

Company did not deliver product and stopped replying to requests to fix it. Received track and trace but post.nl never received the package.

Really happy with my new belt. I've replaced and just works fine! Really fast delivery at k-parts!

If I can I will give this company less then 0, was my first order from this website, I buy a few items, but one item was not there, they don't send it. I contact the support by phone, they told me they can't do nothing, I have to write an email, I write an email for the support, they ask me if is there a backorder on my package, I send them pictures. And after that, after I ask for my item, or when they going to send it and fix this situation, they don't replied anymore. This is my first and last time buying in this website. If I don't get my item tomorrow or my money tomorrow I will press charges, in the police and a complain in kvk, basically everywhere. How incompetent people need to be to make mistakes like this. In all this years I order stuff online, this is the first time this happen to me. I don't recommend this website, only if you like to play lotto.

I never received the product I bought. They sent me tracking number that didn't show any progress. After several emails back and forth they kept asking me to wait for weeks. They didn't do any investigation, didn't send a new product and they declined to return my money.

very extremely expensive prices, to get a refund or return you need to be lucky they send you what ever they want as a mistake and then...they keep your money for a month till you order more i still wait for my refund money after 10 times i contact them -- unprofessional and scammy behavior stay away now they contacting me asking me again order numbers and looping to terrible excuses -- After 3 weeks still nothing moves i am only getting automated emails now

Do not use this company, I received a damaged item and they offer me a 20% refund, absolutely the worse customer service ever. Terrible communication, absolutely no respect for people's money, awful experience.
Avoid this company.
