Received the wrong item
Received the wrong item. Different to the one displayed. Wrote them several emails and wasted my time packing it and taking it to the post office and of course waiting for my refund. No apologies, no discount coupon towards another purchase, no one could even tell me if the item on the website in the color shown actually exists. Basically I would have to repurchase it and hope that it does! Otherwise again I would need to deal with a refund. It’s like playing Russian roulette. Very disappointing.

I loved them until yesterday. This morning they sent me an email mentioning that I have been returning some items (sometimes I kept things sometimes I did not) and they took away the invitation rights that I had. I spent quite an amount of money on this site and found quite disappointing and unfair that they send such emails. Since they don't want me to return items I guess it's ok if I stop buying there as well. In some cases I remember I even got the wrong item delivered.

package damaged in post in return process. They are making you an idiot. And they told that they recieved too light package and can not refund what you send .
