The worst online purchase/ customer service experience ever. I've placed the order (PDM 18872) during black Friday weekend. Only received order confirmation and to shipping details (they are promising 3-5 day). After 5 days, I wrote an email to check the status. Apparently, my order was cancelled because my phone number is Swiss and the address German. I confirmed them those are correct infos and they promised me to continue the process. Again new order confirmation email and the next day customer support is informing me that they can't proceed with my order and that I will get a refund. After 10 days of begging for my perfume, I am getting completely different feedback:
"Please note that there are certain regions where our logisticians cannot deliver This is why your order cannot be fulfilled". We are really sorry for that as we tried again to fulfill it, but it didn't work".
Please be aware that we are talking about south of Germany. Really strange and disappointing experiences.
