I received a call from Kaicie a few days before my warranty expired to make me aware of the options available at renewal. She was very patient in understanding my requirements and finding the right solution for me. Overall, the whole process was very straightforward and fuss free. So much nicer than the chatbot approach many companies sadly seem to be taking to customer service these days. Keep up the good work.

We enquired online regarding a warranty for our van with several providers-Best4 Warranty was the most reasonably priced with simple quote details and a follow up email from Kaicie asking us to contact for more details. Whilst other companies emailed daily and bombarded us with phone calls, Best 4 let us decided in our own time. Once we had decided, Kaicie was most helpful, discussing the options we had-even with some challenging phone line issues we experienced, the advisor was most helpful through out.

Having used best4 warranty in the past it was a no brainer to renew on my new car as I know im covered now should the worst happen and they work with any VAT registered Garage which is great peace of mind highly recommend best4

Clare Smith was very easy and helpful to deal with in terms of resolving my warranty renewal. Would recommend the company and Clare for their patient and thorough approach.

Charlie was extremely helpful, answering my many questions. It took many phone calls before I made the decision to use Best4, but Charlie was always patient and answered all questions. Hopefully I will never need to use the warranty but if I do, I hope they are as effective at dealing with issues as they are in the sales calls.

Whole experience so far, very good. All my questions answered and a good price for a gold 2 year deal. However with this type of policy you only find out how good a company is when you have to make a claim. Time will tell.
