The staff here are super friendly and helpful - so lovely. Huge confortable bed, everything was really clean and room really well equipped. Decent sized cups for tea. Lovely big bath. Really quiet at night so had a great night’s sleep. Used gym in the morning which was busying but equipment available, in good condition and really clean. Would definitely recommend and the staff here really do the hotel proud.

THEIVES. DECIETFUL ETHICS. HORRIBLE BUSINESS
Do not spend your money. If you are not happy, they do not care. I did not stay here and was forced to pay anyway. When I arrived the rooms were filthy, the microwave broken, blood on the table, and the bed frames were frayed as if not replaced for 20 years. I DID NOT CHECK IN. I COULD NOT GET MY MONEY BACK. I requested a refund and was told I needed to send "evidence" of poor quality which I did. I did not spend more than 30 seconds in the room and I was charged for the whole week for $968.23 and DENIED A REFUND. The hotel printed a recieipt saying I owed ZERO, but Belvilla still charged my card and still has not refunded me.

Very clean and comfortable. The house was as charming as its owners. Very quiet and peaceful area surrounded by beautiful farmland. We accidentally arrived a day early and the owners were extremely accommodating.
Not a fan of having to bring our own bath towels though. Not exactly convenient for travelers. I strongly suggest that this policy is changed. Having to buy some to throw them away (no room in luggage) 2 days later is a lot to ask.
It was otherwise nice to find enough basic supplies for a couple of days.
No extra blankets, but the owners provided some upon request.
We were very pleased.

Perfect spot!
The appartement is very nice, confortable and full of natura light. Lots of restaurants, pubs and grocery store beau by. And is very close to the train station.

So so bad. Paid more than a thousand dollars for accomodation that got cancelled. Belvilla didn’t respond to emails to process refund. Stay away!!

My Experience
As a 20 year old it was really hard to find a clean place that does not have an extremely high incidental fee when checking in. It was only $82 something with $70 being returned later after checking out. The person who checked me in was polite and it was easy no problems.

Nice stay
Nice stay. It's was a great thing that we could check in early and put our bag in a room on our last day so that we can visit the city shoulders-free. The room is clean and warm. It even come with a kettle, it was cozy to boil our tea when coming back in the evening.
