I recently had an issue with my bed…
I recently had an issue with my bed frame, and Bedroom King were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. One of the legs had collapsed and the metal support bar had twisted, but they handled everything quickly and professionally.
They supplied a brand‑new headboard completely free of charge and arranged fitting for me, only asking that I covered the shipping cost. The team who came out today were polite, efficient, and had the new headboard fitted perfectly in no time.
It’s rare to find customer service this good — Bedroom King really went above and beyond to put things right, and I’m genuinely impressed with how smoothly they resolved the problem. Highly recommend them for both quality products and outstanding aftercare.

Ordered a bed in 2024. The side boards broke recently. Contacted them and promptly they have organised replacements to be delivered with the offer of taking the old ones away. Can't fault the service.

Brilliant company to deal with got 2…
Brilliant company to deal with got 2 beds 1 king & one pink bed fir my daughter she was buzzing when they delivered and built them for us we where extremely happy.
Moving into our new home this took a lot of pressure off us as just also had a new born 4 weeks before.
Just recently lost our tv bed remote control and company sent out new 1 Fred of charge plus special delivery 🚚
Will definitely recommend to anyone a know a will use again.

Fantastic bed and customer service
We bought a bed from Bedroomking back in 2023 and could not be happier with the purchase. Assembly was easy and it's genuinely the most comfortable bed we've ever slept on.
Recently, one of the drawers broke down and the team kindly sent replacement runners at no cost to us. It was such an easy fix and the communication via whatsapp has been seamless.
Thank you once again - 10/10 would recommend!
