They advertise borrowers paying 17%, 15%, 14% per year, even paying bonuses if the investment goes high, and then, after a few months, the companies go bankrupt, the case drags on for years in court, and you don't know if you'll get your money back or not. You send messages and only receive a very standardized and superficial response. I don't recommend them and I think this company should be subject to scrutiny by the regulatory body.

Over the past three years of investing with Bondster, my returns have been around 11% per year.
Sometimes the range of investement opportunities that I'm looking for are limited.
Occasionally, there are technical issues with the connection.
But overall, I'm satisfied and even customer support worked well. I was able to get in touch with someone who was able to help me resolved my issues with automated strategies.

After investing for a few years (low volume), they suddenly blocked withdrawals and asked for documents to verify account ownership. I've sent the documents and some weeks have passed and they didn't analyse them. On their site, they say they have too much paper work to verify and are asking at least 10 days for verifying.

For 4 years I have been waiting for loan repayment.
Now they don't even update the situation anymore.
Stay away

'm repeating a terrible investment.
Two and a half years have passed, and not only have I not received a single euro of interest, let alone double-digit interest, but the money has vanished, so I have to assume this is a legalized scam, one I should stay away from.
P.S. I'll provide an update every six months

When I started investing at Bondster (2019) it seems quite ok, nice diversification, autoinvest, not only CZK, but EUR as well. But right now, all my investments are "V prodlení přes 60 dní" or "Zesplatněné". These cannot be sold on the secondary market. So I am stuck with these with no mean of closing my account, just checking once per year and withdrawing few Crowns.

and the 21 loans I have invested in have been stuck for over 3 years, if you don't want to lose your money too, stay away from Bonster.

I am currently unable to sell the Flowpay loan 7470779020260210 on the secondary market, even though the platform’s own rules say this should be possible. See my support request (46469).
According to Bondster’s FAQ, loans can be offered for sale on the secondary market as long as the acceleration clause has not been activated, the loan has not been written off or terminated, and it is not more than 60 days past due. My loan meets the conditions for selling, yet the platform prevents me from listing it.
I asked to exit the loan and receive the full invested amount back. I even offered to accept the standard 0.5% fee that would normally apply if I were able to sell the loan on the secondary market, but the issue remains unresolved.
Preventing investors from selling loans while publicly stating that such sales should be possible raises serious concerns about whether the platform is honoring its own rules. If this situation is not resolved promptly, I will consider filing a formal complaint with the relevant consumer and financial authorities.
Update: 16/03/2026
The inability to sell the loans on the secondary market appears to be due to a limitation of the platform itself. At the moment, the platform cannot process on the secondary market loans that have been withdrawn by the loan originator from the primary market.
My case eventually reached Bondster’s management, who proposed a solution. While the underlying issue has not been resolved, they at least showed ownership and a willingness to help.
It is disappointing that the matter had to escalate to management, as the customer support team was largely unhelpful.
For these reasons, I have increased my rating to 3.
It gives good results, you can choose from many possibilities. The profit is about 8,24 % for CZK and 11,68 % for €.

I have been investing through Bondster for quite some time now, and my overall experience has been very positive. The platform is well-designed and user-friendly, and I especially appreciate the freedom to manually select specific loans for my portfolio.
Currently, I focus exclusively on real-estate-backed loans. So far, everything has been running smoothly, repayments arrive on time every month, and I haven't faced any defaults in this segment yet.
I previously experimented with consumer loans and did encounter a default. However, the buyback guarantee worked exactly as advertised. The loan was bought back, and I even received the accrued interest/penalties, which really built my trust in the platform's security features.
The only downside is the 1% annual management fee for CZK investments. While the platform provides great service, reducing this fee to a more competitive level (e.g., below 0.5%) would make it much more attractive compared to other European P2P marketplaces that often charge no fees to investors.
Overall, I'm a satisfied investor and can definitely recommend it!

Czech investment platform with clear and respected rules, including a nice option for appreciation not only in CZK, but also in EUR. I hope it will work the same or even better in the future!

I invested on this platform to a couple of companies, namely "speedcash". Since 2019 I have no income, my invested capital was not returned, and there is no information from the Bondster itself about their actions undertaken to secure and return investments. They just keep silence, sending me useless information about zero movement on my account. It looks like a mockery, and the company is definitely a scam.
