All investments long after due date

When I started investing at Bondster (2019) it seems quite ok, nice diversification, autoinvest, not only CZK, but EUR as well. But right now, all my investments are "V prodlení přes 60 dní" or "Zesplatněné". These cannot be sold on the secondary market. So I am stuck with these with no mean of closing my account, just checking once per year and withdrawing few Crowns.

Dear Michala, thank you for your feedback.
We understand that the situation with delinquent investments is unpleasant, especially when it comes to older investments from a time when both the market and individual lenders were at a different stage of development. In these cases, we are actively working with legal representatives and lenders to resolve them. The buyback guarantee is always the obligation of the specific lender, not the Bondster platform. Our role is to facilitate investment opportunities, not to assume these obligations.
We would also like to add that our current portfolio and provider selection processes have evolved significantly in recent years, particularly in the areas of risk management and diversification, which we consider fundamental—the majority of our investors hold 90% of their investments in real estate-backed loans. If you would like to discuss your specific situation in more detail, we would be happy to assist you individually through our support team.
The Bondster team.

Worst investments platform

Worst investments platform I have ever used since 2015. The language mutations is terrible, most of the info is available only in Spanish. All of my 16 investments, except one, is in recovery - money blocked, just waiting for years (really) to get some of the money back. Meanwhile, when I finally get some repayment, the fee is immediately deducted. Moreover everything is taxed on the spanish side as well, and then I need to tax it again in my country. It was a promising platform 10 years ago, but now there is no way to get my money back. No secondary market, nothing.
