Great 1st impression, shame about the service after that.
We were impressed and confident following the home survey and the sales pitch in the showroom. But sadly following on from this we were left disappointed frustrated and with so many issues we lost count.
Having read other recent reviews on here we had many of the same issues.
We had to have almost all cupboard doors replaced after fitting because they were damaged during 1st fit, when someone came out to do a walk round to check them they advised my husband to be careful with his belt as that would likely cause these issues. We also had to do our own snag checks I did call to ask whem someone would be out and they said noone was coming I was to just send over images on WhatsApp of the issues.
We had a dishwasher fitted with no waterproof seal which resulted in the kitchen being flooded as it wasn't checked by the team after fitting. The plumber that came back from bspoke to resolve this couldnt believe the way it was fitted.
We has our outside door frame cut in to while fitting our floor which was never resolved and our brand new window frame facing broken and had to ask several times to have this replaced. Our kitchen door also still doesn't close without hitting the new door trim.
We were asked by the fitters to pay the majority of the outsaltanding balance, (apparently on instruction from the office) as they hadn't been paid yet because they were essentially freelance so only got paid on completion and reading a reply to another review from bspoke below I can see that this was a lie as apparently all fitters are employed by bspoke.
I had no contact from bspoke after the last of the numerous revisits to complete my kitchen, all I got was an email with a bill to pay. And no final walkround despite all the following up issues. I'd like to say money well spent and it was all well in the ens but sadly it was not. Ive been stressed since day 3 of the fitting and it went on for weeks past the estimated finish date. Communication and customer service was horrific after they started work in the property.
I really do wish we had went with another company.

Service and quality
I need to make it clear that my kitchen isn't yet complete, however all that is currently left to do is the tiling.
From the outset, B-Spoke impressed me. Having a designer visit my home to create the kitchen with me, then produce detailed drawings and a 3D model is a real selling point. The sales team were approachable, knowledgeable and incredibly accommodating. As my renovation evolved, they were happy to adapt the design and nothing ever seemed too much trouble.
Unfortunately, once the project moved into production and installation, the experience became much less consistent. Information that had been discussed with the sales team didn't always appear to reach production or the fitting team. For example, when my site manager, John, introduced himself, I contacted him to confirm the latest project changes only to find he hadn't been made aware of them and I had to bring him up to speed. To John's credit, once he had the correct information, his communication throughout the project was excellent. He adapted well to the changes required and always kept me updated on what was happening and for John too, nothing was ever too much trouble and he always dealt with my requests.
The fitters, Alan and Craig, were also excellent. They regularly consulted me throughout the installation, took pride in their work and, in many ways, exceeded my expectations. My only criticism was that the sequence of work occasionally left me confused, with explanations given at times not always matching how the project ultimately progressed.
The overall project also took considerably longer than originally planned. While some of the delays were due to external factors beyond B-Spoke's control, the lack of clear communication and coordination at various stages made what should have been an exciting project more stressful than it needed to be.
The end result is a beautiful kitchen that I'm genuinely delighted with (so far), and I can't fault the quality of the workmanship. However, a great product alone isn't enough to make for a great customer experience. With stronger communication between departments and more consistent project management, I believe B-Spoke could deliver an experience that matches the quality of the kitchens they produce.

The kitchen design for a very small Kitchen is fantastic. Every inch has been utilised to give me the extra space I so need.
The Kitchen itself is fantastic quality, the best I've had. My last kitchen was from Howdens and it surpasses that one.
To say I'm delighted with my New Kitchen is an understatement. I love it.

Poor Customer service, Installation issues Avoid this company
Avoid this company. Issue after issue, from missed details at design meetings, being sent another customer's personal details and kitchen order, to the installation errors, mistakes on the final bill and them trying to get payment for works not done! Watch out for the installations manager who is particularly argumentative and absent from our job, and likes to shout at customers. I had leaks with plumbing, poor wiring not to standard, a hole in my kitchen floor was made by B-Spoke and left for over a month, they accused me of making the hole, despite photographic evidence to the contrary! It was down to me to snag my own build /install and had to argue and make the same requests over and over. The project also overran by 3 weeks. Wiring left hanging out of the ceiling, ovens not secure, delays with worktops, drawers had to be replaced I was without a washing machine for 3 weeks, faulty cupboards. Watch out for their office staff too, again who are happy to argue with customers, and also want to come after you to pay for work not done and, they try to offset necessary agreed work as extra charges. I feel really let down by this company and you don't get value for money and the customer service is poor, they do not value your custom or money and they forget their shortfalls and mistakes are in your home. Save yourself aggravation and do not use this firm. I only wish I had used another firm, what should have been a really positive remodel was stressful and became my problem to sort.
One positive are the fitters who are free lance - these guys far outshine the B-Spoke employees, they are polite and work really hard and nothing is a problem, if the fitters ran the install then I wouldn't have needed to leave a negative review! Just watch though as some of the things the fitters offer you end up on your final bill without even being told the price or informed its an extra. Not a transparent process. I have more work to do in my house but could not justify using this company again!

New kitchen and flooring
I had to reschedule my kitchen fitting twice and this was no problem. The tradesmen arrived at the time they advised. Everything was done to a very high standard and all the fitters were very helpful and kept me informed throughout the installation. John was my point of contact throughout the installation and any inquiries were handled very efficiently and quickly. I was very impressed with everyone at b-spoke from the initial survey to the completion of my kitchen, they were all helpful and knowledgeable and they found a way to realise my vision of my new kitchen. The quality of the whole kitchen and flooring is outstanding and if in the future I ever need anything done b-spoke will be my first phone call.

Love the new kitchen!
After putting off refitting our kitchen due to the dread of the disruption and mess, I can honestly say that the B-Spoke Team have been amazing from start to finish, taking everything our house threw at the them in their stride. We had very little disruption and our kitchen was finished before we knew it!
Both the quality of the build and the quality of their workmanship are quite impressive and I just love my new kitchen!

Hi, I planned to have a new kitchen put in for my daughter so B-Spoke was recommended to me so we started the process about 3 months before installation.
My first point of contact was Conor, really friendly and helpful. He has been a constant throughout the whole process as he seemed to be the only one that answered his phone every time lol.
The survey team, Darren and Stuart were really helpful and highlighted things I hadn’t thought of so that was great.
Sales and design team also friendly although some of what I asked wasn’t on the design initially but was changed without any fuss.
Alan and Craig were the guys that installed the kitchen and they were absolutely brilliant, Alan got the head down and powered through the work.
I have to say, Conor, Alan and Stuart stood out in my opinion, they know their job well and r very professional on all counts. B-Spoke are lucky to have them.

First Class
Our experience with Bspoke from start to finish was first class. Kept seeing the ads on social media and requested further information. Conor called and we made an appointment to go to showroom. Met with Neil who showed us around the factory and helped us with choosing our ideal kitchen 😀 what a lovely man. Our kitchen took 2 whole days which we were more than happy with thanks to Lazio and Patrick. There was just one wee hiccup that was the floor this was due to our kitchen not having skirting due to old house therefore there was a small gap when floor was laid. But gave John a call and he was straight out to have a better look and was sorted next day with new skirting free of charge which we are very grateful for. Quality and service has been fantastic and well worth it.

Worse experience of my life getting a kichen from here every single day there was a problem for over a week they left glue all over my work top the the floor is uneven they can talk the talk but can't deliver what they promise stay clear bespoke kitchen not once have i spoken to any of u regarding the kitchen am not getting in to a slaging match I am just giving my opinion i will not be bullied by your phone calls

We’re disappointed to read this, as it doesn’t reflect the discussions we’ve had directly.
Regarding the worktop, the issue of glue was never reported to us during or after installation. When we contacted you following this review, you confirmed you had already removed it yourself. Had we been informed at the time, we would have attended promptly to resolve it.
In relation to the flooring, our agreement was to lay the LVT only. Subfloor preparation was the customer’s responsibility prior to our arrival. We explained that LVT must be installed on a properly prepared, level surface and that underlay cannot be fitted beneath LVT. You had requested underlay, which we advised is not compatible with this type of flooring.
We proceeded with installation based on the floor condition presented to us on the agreed date.
When we spoke after this review, you described the kitchen as “beautiful,” which we appreciated. However, we have not been given the opportunity to attend and inspect any concerns in person.
We stand by the quality of our workmanship and always aim to be clear about installation requirements beforehand. If you would like us to review anything on site, we remain open to doing so.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to read that you feel this way, as this does not reflect the communication we have had regarding the project.
To clarify for anyone reading, the concerns mentioned in this review were not reported to us during or after installation. Once the review was posted, we contacted the household in order to understand the issues and see if we could help resolve them. We have only spoken with your husband during that call, who advised that the kitchen itself is “beautiful”.
Regarding the flooring, our agreement was to install the LVT flooring only. Preparation of the subfloor was to be completed beforehand. We also advised that underlay cannot be used with LVT flooring when this was requested. We proceeded with installation based on the condition of the floor at the time.
With regards to glue on the worktop, this was never raised with us during the installation period. Had it been reported, we would have returned immediately to inspect and resolve it.
We never intend for any customer to feel uncomfortable, and our phone call was simply to understand the concerns raised and offer the opportunity for us to review them. We have always been willing to attend and inspect any issues if given the opportunity.
We remain proud of the kitchens we deliver and our aim is always to resolve any concerns quickly and professionally.

Great local company
From our first visit to the showroom to the final day of installation B spoke were professional, attentive and efficient. The planning process was smooth and Alex and Anna listened to us and designed everything to suit our needs. I wanted to keep my American fridge freezer and they accommodated it smoothly into the design.
Installation took place in December when everyone did everything to ensure we were ready for Christmas. Matt, our installer, was super efficient with a great eye for detail. We couldn't believe how quickly the old kitchen disappeared and the new one slipped seamlessly into place.
Minor snagging issues were dealt with promptly after the Christmas holidays and we were always kept informed when materials were to be delivered and staff available to fit outstanding parts.
We didn't want to use a large national company for our kitchen and I'm glad we chose a local one. We know all the staff by name from sales and designer to installer, electrician and plumber. Our installation manager came to the house and kept in touch throughout.
I would have no doubts in recommending B spoke and I'm very pleased with the final outcome.

If you are looking for a unique and Bespoke Kitchen then I would definitely recommend B-Spoke Kitchens. The Designer was really helpful and patient with me as I was indecisive about the colour and changed my mind a few times as there were so many options to choose from. I had an idea in my head of how I wanted my kitchen to look and was told by other kitchen companies (including wren) that I couldn’t get exactly what I wanted as the units come in standard sizes. As B-Spoke Kitchens make the units up in their factory they were able to make some of the units slightly smaller than the standard size to allow me to have the layout that I wanted. The quality of the Kitchen units are amazing and the units are the same colour inside as they are outside which looks absolutely stunning compared to the standard white material you normally get inside cupboards. B-Spoke Kitchens were also great at keeping me up to date with each stage. My partner is a joiner so was fitting the kitchen himself, units cane built, well packaged and numbered with a diagram and a list of where each item goes.

One of the biggest advantages of manufacturing our units in our own factory is the flexibility it gives us. Being able to adjust unit sizes slightly to achieve the layout you truly wanted — rather than forcing you into standard dimensions — is something we take real pride in. Every kitchen should fit the home, not the other way around.

Lazlo and Patrick were great
I couldn’t fault Lazlo or Patrick, they completed job to high standard, they kept me upto date, they weren’t happy with a few doors which I didn’t notice, everything replaced within 2 weeks due to Christmas shut down. Bspoke managed to fit us in just before Christmas which was amazing. Neil was great when we attended depot. We had a few issues due to broken machinery but John sourced outside company to resolve even though I was advise it was ok to sort after Christmas
