Virgin is the absolute pits

In a contract I can't get out of. Internet drops out every hour. Paying a fortune. Been 'fixed' multiple times, new box's etc. Been going on for a year or so. The poor engineers etc are so nice, however virgin is a complete joke, total scam and as soon as the time comes I will be finished the contract and make sure to let people know not to touch this company. It's honestly abysmal beyond comprehension.
