I have placed three orders with the AD Tech store. All have been handled very rapidly and efficiently. The product selection allows me great access to phones and accessories that are not available in the US markets. It has usually taken longer to travel the last 50km than the whole import from Hong Kong to México. That's how rapid the orders are shipped!

From the time that I placed my order until it arrived was less than 2 weeks. I initially wasn't sure if I made a mistake, because it's an overseas company and I couldn't see the actual item before it arrived. It arrived brand new with all the bits and bobs one doesn't even expect anymore (charger, cable and phone case included). I was very much impressed with the experience and will recommend Average Dad Tech to anyone looking for a product that isn't available in their country.

The Honor watch with esim did not activate esim activation….there is esim but software does not show it.

Despite the online sentiment and negative vibe around this shop, decided to order a pricey device. Took about 2 weeks as it had to be imported. One thing they could improve, communication and tracking updates. Took a few days to get a 1st reply and around 6 days to actually see the tracking, might have been unlucky.

One advice for future customers: be patient, polite and all will work out. Some negative reviewers on here give a very rude and lack of manners type of vibe.

There was a slight delay in shipping but still I gave it 5 stars because I know there was low supply against the demand for this product and that fact that Average Dad was able to get it for me is all what's worth it.

Easy ordering from average dad and the phone is great. Bought the Vivo X300 ultra and the photos are amazing, by far the best I've ever seen from a phone. Delivery took just over a week and I could track the phone from Hong Kong so i will definitely use the average dad tech store for future purchases. I'm one happy customer and I'm loving the phone and for photography not much can beat it.
