I would not shop with Sophia Fashion again.

I received a faulty item and found customer service very disappointing. Rather than taking responsibility for the fault, I was told I would have to pay to return the item internationally at my own expense and risk if I wanted a full refund. After several emails, the only alternative offered was a £15 partial refund to keep a faulty item.

The whole process was stressful, time-consuming, and left me feeling that customer satisfaction was not a priority. While I eventually accepted the partial refund simply to end the dispute, I do not feel this was a fair resolution.

Based on my experience, I would advise others to think carefully before ordering, particularly if there is any chance you may need to return a faulty item.

I purchased shoes on the European platform Aurevo-Fashion. The shoes were sent from China (!) but they were of such a poor quality that I wanted to ship them back. I requested relevant instructions and followed them very accurately (spending 25 euros of shipping costs). Nonetheless the shoes were never received by the Aurevo Fashion as they have been staying at the Chinese custom waiting for someone to pay the custom fees. I was not notified of anything, not before and not after this happened. Of course, the Aurevo Fashion did nothing to pick the returned good up. So, I have lost 120 euros in total. Careful with purchases on Aurevo Fashion, you may enter into the same frustrating situation. I will never buy anything on Aurevo Fashion for the rest of my life

Terrible .
Send a dress which was nothing like the one advertised.
Completely different .
I missed the small print , which said you need to pay for returns ( they are to China )
Spent £20 on postage.
Had to send at least 12 emails chasing refund . All in all took up hours & hours of my time .
Should be illegal to advertise and sell such rubbish ,

I've only tried one piece so far, but I'm already thinking of ordering again. It just feels like one of those brands you can rely on for simple, wearable fashion.

I picked a floral sundress, and it's exactly what I needed for warm weather. It's airy, doesn't cling, and feels super easy to move around in. Perfect for my vacation trip.

I bought a turtleneck sweater here. The fabric is quite soft and keeps me warm. Shipping was fast, but packaging could be slightly sturdier. Good experience overall!

Terrible experience. Used their size guide and choose the size which came and it was wrong. Quality of clothing is not great either. If you want to return items they have to be sent to China or they offer 50% off another order. If the first one is messed up, why would i order another? Cancellation policy is absolutely rubbish.

The women's knit collection is great. I love my new turtleneck; it’s very elegant. The site was easy to navigate, and I found exactly what I was looking for.

If I could give this company no stars I would. Firstly they are a Chinese company pretending to be European and their goods are very poor quality. Notice that their replies to complaints are the same every time and they are actually completely uncaring.
Goods are only returnable to China. The £50 dress I returned at a cost of £12 has now been in Chinese customs for nearly 3 months with no prospect of moving . Surely companies like this should be rooted out to prevent others from being scammed!

Awful company, terrible service, non existent customer services.
The fact that there are so many bad reviews should tell you something and the very suspicious absence of any 2,3 or 4 star reviews should alarm you! Do not order from this company.
Terrible service, we never received the items and Aurevo are blaming the courier. They are refusing to refund the money for the missing purchases and making me contact their courier. There are so many other wonderful online clothing companies, please NEVER ORDER FROM AUREVO.

Buyer Beware I bought a cashmere sweater which had to be returned only to find it was from China and cost £20.70 P&P it then went missing and was informed it was in Chinese customs but then that was that no more contact and a total loss of £73

I bought a casual long-sleeve polo for work. The material feels premium and hasn't shrunk after washing. Customer service was also very helpful when I asked about sizing details.

I nearly didnt write anything here as Ill undoubtedly get the same bot response others have received . Same old story as others I’m afraid. Ordered ‘Levi’ trackie bottoms. 3 weeks to arrive. Needless to say not Levi.Nasty cheap synthetic badly made etc. Email I received from Aurevo saying ‘understand my concerns’. Complete bollocks of course from the bot. I’ve decided not throw good money after bad and not try for refund and have written it off. Dont use this site!

Awful company ordered an item beginig of January it’s now the 07/04/26 and they are still making excuses.. claim arrived in UK but could not deliver as incorrect address, the address has been given 5 times now, still no parcel, message that it’s with their customer services and will get back.. complete load is incompetent nonsense..have requested a refund not forthcoming. I believe this company are SCAMERS do not use!

I would give them no stars if possible. Awful company and terrible customer service. Ordered 2 large track suits from them. They arrived after 3 weeks. I tried them on and I'm only 5,8" and it looked more like a large boys size, not large men's. I immediately looked to send them back within the 30 day time limit they have and so were sent back within 2 days of receiving them. The return address is in China, be careful with this as again, the shoddy customer service sends you an email with a return address on it and an attachment with a different address! I duly paid the £34 to return it using Royal Mail. 7 weeks later I have asked about the refund and have tracked the tracksuits sitting in Chinese customs. According to Aurevo Fashion there are taxes to be paid and they suggest I contact Royal Mail to pay them. It would appear that I have lost all of my purchase money and the postage seems to have been wasted as well. Please do not use this company. The clothes are little more than cheap knockoffs of the real gear and it's noticeable as soon as you look at them. Do not be fooled by the pictures they show. They do not show you the poor quality of the products they sell.

I received the wrong dress in a completely different colour. They wanted me to send it back and pay for the postage prior to a refund! It also took over 2 weeks to get delivered, so too late to order anything else online for the event.
Still unresolved!

Total waste of time. Why are these companies allowed to exist?? Did not get what I ordered and nothing like what the picture depicted. 100% not Italian and a total SCAM!!
Where and how do I get my money back?

Assumed European co. found out too late Chinese.
Cheap quality tat, paid £36 for sunglasses not worth £5.
Arrived with rubber nose clip missing.
Avoid at all cost.
