Slippers are wrongly sized, they are far too small. The company won't accept this and insist I pay for postage to return them to China. They keep offering £10 as a way of resolving the matter - it appears that this is a standard response that they must use to get rid of people. This is the worst experience I have had shopping online - and I do lots of online shopping!

I ordered Oliver Loafers from Riverstone. I thought they were a Dutch company. They are not. They are Chinese. They say that it is easy to make returns. It is not. You pay for the returns, and have to send by guaranteed delivery to China. They advised to purchase one size bigger, so I ordered size 44. They were about size 40 when they arrived. Far too small. They offered an £8 refund or return the shoes at my cost, although they were totally miss-described. This offer increased to €15 (yes euros, although I am in the UK) when I said this was unacceptable. I complained to PayPal, and only then did they agree to send me the correct size shoes (48 in their size!). Their sizes are totally made up.

Mass production goods from China being labelled and sold at boutique prices. It is impossible to get a refund from this site, they make the process of returns so tedious and expensive, and at your own cost, by the time you are through with this you would have paid more than the item you are returning worst experience with any online store I have purchased from. I am still paying for items I have returned which is stuck in shipment. There won’t be any need for this, I have been back and forth with you for almost 3 months trying to resolve this, my goods are returned and stuck with your customs, and I will continue to pay you, but will never patronise these kind of online shops again.

Ordered a jacket that was £46.

Frankly was shocked at the cheap material & poor quality.

I paid £12.94 to return it.

Riverstone Wear reveived it back on Wednesday the 17th of June and I'm still waiting on a refund!

Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering.

I bought a Genuine leather jacket with subtle soft black zips but what arrived was pu plastic with garish looking shiny zips. Totally different from the advertised product.

Tracking was impossible and it imported malware onto my computer which took me professional help to eradicate. I will never use this company again. I was ordering a Next item

Quality very bad. Refund super expensive due to shipping to china. Size is way to small even if you take one size up like recommended.

SCAM,SCAM,SCAM!!!! Never in my life have I ever received an order from a so called “company” as bad as this one. Ordered a dress that took 2 weeks to come to find out it’s being delivered from China. Once I opened the package there was no branding on the packaging, the quality of the dress was WORSE! than a children’s dress up outfit! I can’t believe “company’s” like this are able to trade. To top it off I was offered a £5 refund phahahaha. The clothes are advertised as premium which is false advertisement and no warning about where the origin of the order is shipped from. I will be having a refund in full!!!!!

The dress was described as 100 per cent cotton but was very cheap polyester. It also took several weeks to arrive.

I ordered a pair of genuine leather flat sandals and a 100% linen standard button down shirt.
I received neither. The shirt looks nothing like the one I ordered. The shirt I ordered had long sleeves. This one is cut off at my elbows and flares out. There is also a slit up half the back and there are two grommet holes in it. It came with a tie to close the back. And to top it off, it is a far cry from linen as the tag reads 100% polyester.
The sandals are not leather, but plastic and they are way too wide. I am so disappointed that I have been taken advantage of this way. I will never order from this site again and I recommend you don’t either.

First red flag: was taking too long to arrive. Second red flag: tracking originates in China. Third red flag: package finally arrives in an empty plastic bag with no branding and secondhand packaging. Fourth red flag: the AUD 99 'merino wool' garment has no size label, no care label, no fabric label - nothing at all. Doesn't feel like wool and is definitely not wool. Fifth red flag: Company address is in Netherlands but returns go to China. This is a scam and I'll be reporting to the Australian authorities.

Cheap, poor quality polyester blouses which are hugely over priced and take long delivery from China. Return costs to China were £25.98 for two lightweight blouses. Beware, of this company and think carefully before purchasing.

I appreciate how lightweight these heels feel. The material looks premium, and the supportive structure gives extra confidence while walking.

Awful! Waited over 3 weeks for delivery from China. Customer service is AI. No phone numbers. Very low quality item. And returns have to be paid for by the buyer and sent back to China!

I would give zero stars if possible! This company is in Ciba NOT the Netherlands!! Do NOT shop here, they are fraudsters! I received completely different shoes (colour & cut) from what i ordered, then proceeded to gaslight, saying ' after careful review of the pictures sent, they can confirm i received the product i ordered ?!?!? They want me to ship the shoes to China so they can review a potential refund!! Its going to cost over $100 to ship theses plastic shoes to China in hope of getting an $80 refund ?? I wish i could upload the pcos to show you..

I grabbed a couple of their basic lightweight tees. They are soft and don't shrink much after a wash. Support team replied quickly when I had a tracking issue. Very decent quality.

I'm very suspicious of these reviews. The first one is at the end of March - just a month and a half ago, and they all sound like they were written by the same person.
I've been caught twice on fake but good looking websites after not checking reviews. I checked a website recently and found it had a long list of one star reviews for drop shipping poor quality items and not refunding, and it also had four early 5 star reviews, and they all sounded just like these ones.

It’s simple but makes you feel put together. Love that.

Packaging was simple which I actually prefer. No unnecessary stuff.

The material moves with you, doesn’t feel stiff which I love. I hate when clothes restrict movement. This one doesn’t.
