Received item condition
I have received the cable I ordered, and I am extremely disappointed with its condition.
Instead of being evenly wound, the cable was badly bent and has numerous severe kinks that have damaged the outer braiding. In some places, it is impossible to straighten the cable without cutting or damaging the braid further. I can sent photos.
This is completely unacceptable for a new product. I expected the cable to arrive properly wound and in perfect condition.
Unfortunately, after this experience, I will never purchase anything from Auditorium again, and I will advise others against buying from Auditorium as well.
