I was informed that it would take 3-6 weeks and then I received a message that the part was finally received from the manufacturer and was shipped to me, a couple of days later it arrived and I installed the icemaker into our refrigerator and it is working super better than the older one has for the past year or two.

I am so pleased with this company. I have recommended them to many people already. Our dishwasher started leaking 2 days before Christmas. Absolute disaster! Ordered at 6pm on the 23rd December and the parts arrived before Christmas!! It was the best present we could have received. Well worth the price.Thank you

i ordered a part for my hairdryer but unfortunately it didnt arrive on time. I had to wait longer than expected which was really frustrating. I tried contacting customer service but i didnt get a helpful response. I hope they improve their delivery times in the future
