I found a car on mobile.de and contacted Autohaus Tabor with a few questions. The experience was swift and smooth, my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly, and this led to purchasing the car (including handling delivery to a transport company). The whole process felt easy yet professional, and I always had the confidence that I was treated seriously and that the car was accurately described and represented. Overall, a very good and professional experience, and since I interacted with several people, I can say the entire Tabor team is highly professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Leider kam es rund um die Weihnachtsfeiertage zu zusätzlichen Verzögerungen im Versand, die außerhalb unseres direkten Einflusses lagen. Sobald die Fußmatten bei uns eingetroffen sind, haben wir diese umgehend an Sie weiter versendet.
Nach dem Versand haben wir Sie außerdem kontaktiert, um sicherzustellen, dass die Fußmatten ordnungsgemäß bei Ihnen angekommen sind. Leider haben wir auf unsere Rückfrage bisher keine Antwort erhalten. Zum Zeitpunkt Ihrer Bewertung sollten die Fußmatten bereits bei Ihnen eingetroffen sein.

+ Auslieferungsservice kept me updated on the steps towards my vehicle delivert
+ The registration and related activities was taken care of. Definitely recommendable this option to new car owners !
What you can improved:
- The vehicle preparation took longer than I expected. I was given a date of readiness prior to buying the car. But the auslieferungservice gave me a much later date. But I can understand this was because of the Winter break. Nevertheless, informing the Customer about this would be good.
- In general, I would have liked little more proactive communication from the sales team and auslieferungsteam throughout the sales process :)
All-in-all, I was happy with my purchase experience.
