Dont even mention asda,somebody stole using a gift card,some toerag made 2 purchases with my debit card details,scammers said they were my bank then 2 purchases came out of my account,1 mistake i have an email address of a woman with her face on the email ,now asda want a write up,ARE YOU JOKING YOU ASSHOLES.(1 item Nike trainers £71 ,2nd item ? Was £150 ) So go to hell ASDA.

Avoid at all costs.
Terrible customer services, purchased a gift card online as a gift, printed off the bar code and gave it to the person only to find it had zero balance, when I eventually heard from customer services, they refused to issue me a replacement and made me wait almost 3 weeks for a refund! I was £50 out of pocket and my daughter was without part of her birthday gift.
