I sent it as a gift and they said that they didn’t receive it and I can’t find out what happened to it

Terrible customer services, purchased a gift card online as a gift, printed off the bar code and gave it to the person only to find it had zero balance, when I eventually heard from customer services, they refused to issue me a replacement and made me wait almost 3 weeks for a refund! I was £50 out of pocket and my daughter was without part of her birthday gift.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
