Years ago, I received a flying experience through Virgin Gifts, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable gifts I've ever received.

My instructor, Thomas, was absolutely amazing. He made me feel comfortable and confident from the very beginning, and the entire experience was incredible. Being in the pilot's seat and actually experiencing what it feels like to fly was something I'll never forget.

What started as a gift became something much more. That experience inspired me to seriously consider pursuing my pilot's license and sparked a genuine passion for flying that has stayed with me ever since.

I'm now preparing for my next flight, and I couldn't be more excited to get back in the air. It's pretty remarkable that a single gift from years ago could open the door to what may become a lifelong passion.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! My boyfriend tried to surprise me with a mystery picnic in Newport RI. He never received any information about the event. There is NO phone number to talk to anyone. You can only communicate through email. After many text messages, he was told, sorry, we cannot refund you. No offer to rebook either. So disappointing.

We were given Virgin Experience of Top of the Rock and Beam as a present. Booking was fairly easy and so we waited until our visit.
When arriving for our 10am entry, we were told there was zero visibility and we could change our booking if we wanted.
We were able to do this and it was so easy. There was a very small charge for doing this (88 cents).
We were very grateful that this was possible as when we returned that afternoon then sun was shining and the views were spectacular.
The beam experience was fun and we also bought the Skylift for an extra $20pp. This lifts you higher into that sky and moves you round 360°.
We were advised on entering to have all the photos taken possible, which we did. We bought the photos as a package for $35 bit you got so many in there, including pictures from the beam and Skylift, so if you do these experiences, the photo package is week worth it. You get 1 print and then all sent digitally which arrived very quickly.
A great experience and one that gives you great views of the Empire State Building.

Great service, my questions were answered in a timely manner. The way the information was presented was clear . The experience has made me want to use your service next time I’m booking an event. I also have the impression that you all care for your customers. Thanks again

Need to refund my ticket , not using it .
Please help me get refunded

I bought the warner bros tour to find out only AFTER I have purchased the tour that the date I wanted wasn't available. Now, there is NO number to call to get a refund. I have filled out a form AND emailed then but no response so far. What a pain.. They need to show what dates are available BEFORE and not after they make you purchase the deal. Now, I have to go through a lot of hoops to get refunded. Not worth the few dollars I was supposed to save..

To many obstacles and didn't accept my Google Pay the first time

We had a great experience on our 90-minute Lake Union sunset sailboat ride with Capt. Geoff in Seattle. He was very friendly and explained sailing to us as we relaxed and watched the beautiful sunset. We would highly recommend this experience.

I received points from my work that I used to purchase an online voucher from Virgin Gifts. After not receiving it within the time noted on the site I reached out for support and Phelela was super helpful in trying to get it to me. My work’s mail server must have been blocking it from coming through so she eventually sent it to my personal email. So thrilled to have this resolved so I can use the voucher!

Easy to navigate clear understanding of the website

Smooth process from beginning to end. Was a bit hesitant as I've never used this website before. It was very simple...purchase experience, redeem and book it. I've already purchased two other experiences. I especially loved that I saved $$.

So many cool things to choose from and the eGift card was seamless. The only gap was in the digital card creation flow - I would have rather removed the photo placeholder but that was a small detail.
