I ordered and paid for 4 tyres, but I only received 2.

The remaining 2 tyres were never delivered, even though a tracking number was provided that does not exist in the carrier’s system.

The seller does not respond to any messages and offers no solution or explanation, leaving the customer without part of the ordered goods and without a refund for the missing items.

In practice, this means I paid for 4 tyres, received only half of the order, and the remaining issue remains unresolved with no refund and no cooperation from the seller.

Since the seller does not respect basic business terms and does not handle complaints, the only option left is legal action or formal dispute procedures.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this seller.

I am writing this to warn other drivers, especially those in the Nuremberg/Erlangen area. I ordered 4 summer tires for my car and selected their "official" mounting partner, Ilka Automobile (Fuggerstr. 29, 90439 Nuremberg), during the checkout process.
​After the tires were dispatched, I personally drove to the address to coordinate the appointment, only to find a residential apartment building. There is no workshop, no signage, and no professional tire service at this location. It is a ghost address.
​When I contacted customer support, their response was shocking. They admitted they "no longer offer mounting stations" in that way, yet they still actively list them as verified partners on their website. Worse, they told me it was my responsibility to "personally contact" the workshop before ordering-even though their own system presents these shops as ready-to-use partners.
​The Reality:
​Misleading Information: They are taking money for a service (delivery to a partner) that does not exist.

​Poor Support: Instead of taking responsibility for their outdated database, they blamed me for not calling a "partner" they officially recommended.

​Logistical Nightmare: My expensive tires are now in transit to a residential building where they cannot be fitted, risking loss or theft.
​If you are in need of wheels that require professional mounting, avoid their partner list. They are misleading customers with a database that is clearly not maintained.

I ordered 4 winter tires on 2nd of January, the package was delivered 10 days later, with 3 winter tires and 1 summer tire in a completely different size, I absolutely can't understand how that can even happen, quality control must be non existent. DPD of course just left the package in the hallway, without a signature or anything so I was on my own, already having a tire change appointment that has been paid more than 100 euros so I wanted to fix the problem as soon as possible, but of course no answers to my emails, the phone number on their website is obviously fake, since you can call 67 times in 3 days and no one will ever answer. At the end tires were returned and I got my money back through paypal, but the whole experience was just a pain, avoid this website if you don't want to spend weeks without your money or tires.

I ordered winter tires for my car in December. Unfortunately the tires were the wrong size so I requested a return.
The company said they would send a courier which never arrived and when questioned about it, the company lied to me, saying that they did send a courier which never and there were no items to pickup.
When I contested the claim, mentioning I have cameras at my door, they quickly offered another pickup attempt.
This, along with the other reviews I see here, shows me that the company is trying to escape their obligation to returns and customer support by gaslighting the clients until they give in.

It has been one month, I didn't get my 4 tires delivery. My address was correct still my packet was returned by shipper despite providing the same correct address to allereifen support team. After that, there is a continuous silence from them. No one is responding even to give the latest update.

I recently ordered tires from this store but realized immediately after placing the order that I had selected the wrong size. I promptly submitted a cancellation request, but the process was delayed. The customer service initially insisted I would have to refuse delivery and pay return costs, despite my cancellation being made within minutes of ordering.
It took two months and extensive written correspondence, including threatening to involve a lawyer, before the refund was finally issued via PayPal.
While the refund was eventually processed, the communication was extremely slow and confusing, and the handling of the paperless return caused unnecessary stress.

I ordered for one of my friends a set of Winter Tires,unfortunatly he said a wrong size to order.
First of all i didn't get any notification email or tracking number.
The package arrived but i wanted to contact them on the given phone or email but no luck of getting a anwser.
So sadly no chance to return it...
I give one star fot the exeptionaly bad customer service.

I ordered some tires, then read reviews and was a bit concerned...however I went for it as it was a good price. The 4 tires arrived within 3.5 days in Austria at my shop. So from my side, all went perfect

Zweimal problemlos bestellt, gute Preise, 5-7 Tage Lieferzeit. Würde wieder bestellen.

I ordered tires and they arrived in 3 working days, they were manufactured 40-2024, I am very satisfied, this is the second time I order from this site.

I ordered two tyres.They arrived but were not correct. (My fault) They actually sent me an email to say they would pick the tyres up.€10 per tyre. I explained I would be leaving Germany on the 30th and will not return untill December the 17th Since then I have sent around 12 emails but have received no answer.Also telephoned.What can I do?

Later update: After exchanging dozens of emails with customer support, I finally received the tires, though they arrived in two separate deliveries almost two weeks apart. The tires themselves are new and good quality and were worth the price, but the entire experience was stressful and exhausting. I doubt I'll buy from this company again and wouldn’t recommend them to others.

Unreliable and not trustworthy. I ordered four tires, but after a week, they still hadn’t shipped. A label was created, but the tires were never handed over to the courier. They didn’t respond to my emails, and now I have to cancel a hard-to-get appointment with my mechanic because I don't have the tires. Avoid this company!

Just try to dial number they shared on page as Contact support and you will see...

Web page is allereifen365, 'registered' company is SystemiX s.r.o. (Slovakia) at their web page, while on ausgezeichnet.de it says Euro AP s. r. o. (Slovakia). Payment via PayPal is done to Isarnem GmbH (their phone number is also not reachable) and tires are shipped from Poland.
I got 2 wrong tires and after 3 weeks and many emails I manage to return them but proper ones or refund is not sent yet.
I'm collecting traces and will submit police report via lawyer soon. Also, I notified PayPal and Idealo about all of this. Now will go and leave comments wherever I can

Order paid via PayPal, but never received a shipping confirmation. You can't reach anyone by phone either. Strange automatically generated emails are sent in response to emails, but they don't help anyone. I get the impression that there is fraud behind this. I started to research and there are many customers with the same problems as myself.
Automated copy paste BS replies.
Filed a refund procedure eith Paypal.
These websites should be taken down.
Will file a complaint with the Police in Germany and Slovakia where these fraudsters hide!

The most peculiar event.
Yesterday afternoon someone rung the bell. We got down and found the tyres ordered just dropped. No labels no packaging nothing. No signature required. Foreign white van seen at the end of the street.
All this at the signature verification process with Gls...
Very fishy!
Anyways first and last purchase with these alle reifen 365 lot!
Never again!

expected delivery and real delivery is not matching. Furthermore the communication with the service center is a mess. Meningless bla bla without any focus for the customer.

Vor Weihnachten habe ich einen Reifen bestellt, den ich per Paypal bezahlt habe/aber als die Sendung im GLS-Postlager ankam, wurde der Reifen an den Absender geschickt/danach ging ich zum GLS-Lager, dort hieß es, der Reifen sei zurückgesendet. Before Christmas I ordered a tire I paid for it by paypal but when the shipment arrived at the GLS post warehouse the tire was sent to the sender/after that I went to the GLS warehouse they said the tire was returned It was made by the seller/ If you want a headache, refer to this company
