I didn't receive my order, like many others here...
always check trustpilot before buying stuff online.

Update: I didn't recieve any response from the customer support, but they sure did respond to my review here quickly, audaciously claiming my order was canceled while I neither have canceled nor was notified of any cancelation, I have paid 458kr for the product and haven't received a refund.

I did not get my product. And the company want me to rate their service since I don’t got any product to write is difficult to give them more stars than one.

I ordered a juicemachine from Allectra. Did not hear anything. Then I took contact, but again no answer. After some days tried again by email. The answer I got (in swedish) was literally two words: Order deleted. When I logged in to allectra my order was gone, and I had paid. I have rarely seen so bad customer service!. After yet another email I received three additional words :' Will be refunded' No explanation, sorry for inconvenience, nothing. I'll have to wait and see if I get my money back... My advice: Think twice before ordering from Allectra. Or better, drop the thought...

Never received the order, the customer service claims the payment was cancelled, looks like the order was cancelled on your side with no reason given.

Har bestilt fargeblyanter. Noen fargeblyanter ble ødelagt pga dårlig forpakning. Allectra mener at dette er helt normalt "It is very common for tips to break off and need to be re-tipped, this is not a malfunction but a characteristic of the product". De skulle kompensere 30kr, ikke 50 kr som de skriver i svaret.
Helt elendig kundeservice, styr unna.

Thought I bought from cdon.com, turns out it was from Allectra. Horrible return policy, stating I would have to pay more than the price of the item I bought (and a lot more than what it cost in total to get the item to Norway), in addition to not providing me with necessary paper work, piling it all on me to deal with the return, potential customs etc.

Terrible coustom service. They are showing a picture of a 1000mi bottle and they send you a 250ml bottle. Offers no help when returning the goods and admits no fault in the ad.
I strongly do not recommend this company.

No response when asking when the promised trackingnumber would come, then many days later a really rude customer"care"-person asking where I got the 2 days from and no reply when I answered that they had told me that. 3 weeks after I received the parcel at a place many busrides from my home, with e-mails that I had to pick it up in Sweden - I live in Denmark. A horrible experience and will never buy anything there again.

Poor customer service! Complicated and little help to get when contacting customer service. Do not order from this webpage!

Worst customer service and company. They try to scam you or the post office for the faulty items they have sent. Do not purchase!

Never ordet from allectra computers. I ordered from them a month and a half ago, they withdrew the Money immediately, but took weeks to send the order. When the order finally arrived, it did not live up to the expectations, but I could not get a hold of neither cdon nor allectra. When I finally did, I received an e-mail from customer service which was rude, and as the conversation continued, he was increasingly rude and acusative.
I would never reccomend ordering from allectra computers or cdon, and would have wished I had read these other reviews. We now have a useless product and my son lost his birthday money.

I totaly do not recommnd this unserious, company ordered an item from Allectra Computer, the derlivery time was between 7 to 10 days but the item came after 19 days, and the quelity was poor very very bad, when i contacted the seller he answerd me in un polite way if you are not intrested send it back, he knows if you will send it back with tracking number its coast more than 175 kr. do not buy from them
